I just have the wors experience with this company ever, and I will never buy again. I have waited for an order for two months. I ordered a jacket, Large size, and before that asked the staff if sizes run smaller, and they said to check the chart size. And in the end, when I received the jacket, it was looking like a Small size. Terrible experience.

I ordered a dress for $120. It came looking like it was made in someone’s basement. The material felt/looked very cheap. The sizing was off even though I did look at their sizing chart and when I tried to return it, they said they will only give me $40 back, and I have to pay for shipping. I tried to explain that the dress would be used for a wedding (bridesmaid) and that I now would need to buy another dress and they still said $40 is the best they can do.

This website is a scam, do not waste your money. The shipping was horrible, and the dresses are poor quality. On the website, it stated that they wanted to send you customer satisfaction guarantee when asking to return the items, which was stated on the website, but they only offered me $20 and would not refund me all cost for four dresses purchased that were poor quality and not as pictured. Do not purchase from this site, it is a scam.

My experience was over a few years ago. We ordered in June and August 2013. My mother found the site. I am a more skeptical person, but for the price, allowed my mother the opportunity to help me find my wedding dress. I fell in love with one being offered by TBdress (Charming A-line Halter Beaded Floor-length Veronika Valentinova's Beach Wedding Dress). We ordered it with no additional strings on time of delivery or custom fittings.

When it arrived, we had ordered the dress too small for my figure. Mom talked me into giving another chance to the company and custom fitting the dress to my figure. I again reluctantly agreed but because we did not have any difficulty with getting the first dress and obviously the cost, so we ordered again. The second time we ordered we entered for custom fitting that also included keeping the fabric on half of the bottom of the dress to create a small train.

When we placed the order, we lost the page on our computer and could not tell if the order went through. We redid the order and found out we had ordered a third dress. We contacted their customer service. They corrected our error and credited money back to the account.

When I got the dress and tried it on, it was almost perfect. The only alteration we had to do was to the holster straps. We adjusted the material for the clasps. I never returned the first dress so I cannot comment on the actual return of the product. Our experience was excellent.

I ordered a faux leather dress about a month ago. When I called, I got shifted around for someone to tell me the dress is still being made. I think I got scammed. Do not order from this company. Regarding ratings, I would give them zero.

Abysmal customer service. Confirmed baptism dress, order number 3107688, was never shipped and when I emailed, they would only refund if I closed the PayPal case, which means I'll have no recourse if they don't refund. I escalated the case with PayPal and filed a BBB complaint. They have over 20 complaints, and I wish I saw that first.

Fortunately I ordered a baptism dress with another company in time. Do not rely on this company for any events important to you!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son a month ago. They still have not shown up. When I contacted the company, they told me to give it more time. I don't think I can get a refund and I don't know if I will ever get the shoes. Do NOT order from these people!

I ordered a dress based on a picture on the internet. The dress was way too small. I wear a Medium in US sizes. We tried to return it. They would only give us half our money back and I would be charged a $30 shipping fee. This is not stated in their return policy. They never did send us the address to return the item.

Do not buy from them! Their policies are not like the US companies; they will hassle you if you try to return it. Buy from a US company that follows US customer service protocol, even if you have to pay more.

I purchased a formal dress that appeared very elegant on their website. It took forever to get the dress, and when it finally arrived, I almost cried. The beautiful beading (pictured) was actually giant cheesy plastic diamonds. They offered to refund only HALF my money, lying that they couldn't resell it unworn with tags still on!

I ordered male clothing from this company, which amounted to over £80.00 on the 5th of December 2017. The goods arrived on the 20th of December 2017. However, the delivery firm was not able to hand the parcel over to me unless I paid custom taxes totaling nearly £20.00. I reluctantly paid up despite already paying TBdress shipping delivery.

I was in added shock when I opened the parcel. The items were of exceedingly poor quality and only fit for the rubbish bin.

I gather that TBdress head office is in California, but the clothes that I received were made in China.

I note that some customers have given this firm five stars but most other people, like myself, have awarded only one. In fact, I would give it minus one star.

For those who wish to risk sending for goods I have one message: do so at your peril!

As for a refund, I think I would be wasting more money.

Be sure, TBdress will be having a nice Christmas while most of the customers will be in tears.

Got delivery on time. Very good product with very reasonable prices. I would love to order again. I have an order for my son's jacket and I keep on tracking my orders and it came on time before their said time. So I’m happy, and their price is good too. No complaints at all, but we have to wait to see the quality. I believe that it looks of great quality.
