This product is fabulous! I have very sensitive teeth, so it's not easy to get a teeth whitener that won't make them hurt really bad. I mean I do also drink a lot of coffee and do enjoy my red wine too. If I hadn't taken a before and after picture, I probably wouldn't have noticed a difference just by going off the sheet, however, there was a huge difference, I mean really noticeable in a side by side photo comparison! So yeah, I totally believe it's worth the money, and I've told a few people so already.

I really love this product. I was so impressed with the original results, that I signed up for the subscription. When my LED went haywire, I contacted customer s service and I really anticipated a runaround. The rep was very helpful and got a replacement LED out to me super quick. I highly recommend HiSmile. Affordable and effective!

AMAZING - it's all I can say! I thought I would try HiSmile out for myself to see if it would live up to the hype it gets. And it sure did! I started off with "tingy-coloured" teeth, and now they are white as anything! And as a bonus, the shipping was on time and customer service was also AMAZING.

I did say previously a negative result on this product but I just needed to say I have had wonderful support from Erin in Customer Service, and it looks like I might not have been applying the product correctly.

I will definitely continue with HiSmile.

I bought this product after I read the reviews and they were all good. I followed the instructions to the letter and found no difference. On the chart, I was around 6 and looked like 6 after the course. I feel like I’ve been conned by this. I might have. I don’t smoke, and I don’t drink tea or coffee or red wine.

Total rip off. Absolute waste of money, not a dot of difference to my teeth and no money back despite sending dated/time stamped photos as requested. Total scam. Do NOT buy! Don’t waste your money. The email I received when I asked about the money back guarantee suggested it must be something I did wrong. I followed instructions exactly and no change whatsoever.

This is an internet craze I fell for. I had zero results. I left a one-star review which can't be found on their website. Come to think of it, NO low star ratings can be found anywhere. I left a comment on their Instagram saying it was a “scam,” and they deleted it. I'm pretty sure they pay people to leave good ratings and delete the bad ones. Don't fall for this. I've used Crest 3D strips and those work GREAT. I’ll just go back to those.

I Just tried HiSmile, as the reviews on their site where great, so I tried it. I've never smoked and was looking at whitening from a dentist, which is costly, so I thought I would try HiSmile first. For me, there is no improvement, and I used it as instructed. Now it has gone in the bin. I am going back to the dentist.

This was my first time ordering from HiSmile, and unfortunately, my order never arrived. I contacted customer service and after a few hours, they responded.

After a few emails, and no order had arrived at my place, they were so kind to send me a new one. It only took a few days, and I had already received my order.

Not often that I have had that great of a service! Thank you HiSmile!

What excellent customer service done by Erin! I commend her for being helpful, efficient, reliable and focused on customer needs. I didn’t get the result that I’ve wanted, but HiSmile is true to their promise about giving your money back if you are not satisfied (of course you have to comply with the requirements needed and provide a proof to qualify). I was amazed at how fast they got my case sorted, and it won’t be possible without the help of Erin. So, thanks a lot to her. Maybe it didn’t work for me this time, but I will definitely keep an eye on their new products in the future.
