When searching for an agent, I did find HomeLight an excellent source to get information on different realtors. Getting started with the Jane Lee team was quick and easy. My house went on the market a few weeks after signing with Jane and sold in three days. So, from that standpoint, it was excellent.

I did find Jane uninterested in having any contact with me after signing, during the process. At one point, being a first-time seller, I was frustrated and concerned about the communication and put a call into Jane. I wanted to talk to Jane directly, as my agent. She was on the road and said she'd call me back. She had someone from her office call me instead. For the nice profit made, I would have thought she might spare two minutes of her time with me. But I was very pleased with the ease of researching agents on HomeLight's site, so that service was excellent.

I was not looking forward to the selection process as the time for making that determination was drawing near. I ran across HomeLight and thought that if they could narrow it down to the top couple of agents in the area, it would make the selection process easier. I was not under any obligation to select one of the agents recommended, so I felt that I was in a "win-win" situation.

We interviewed the three realtors that Home Light recommended. All three were knowledgeable and top producers within the market area. We were very satisfied with the selection we made and would use AJ again in another real estate transaction.

We are so grateful for HomeLight’s referral of Basem Krichati. We had our home listed with an agent but with no blessing after several months of open houses and showings. I would like to express my gratitude to HomeLight for recommending the best agent in the Milford area to list my property. I contacted HomeLight in early December because I planned to sell my property in March. I had been trying to sell my condo since 2013 without any luck.

The same day I signed up with HomeLight Linda contacted me to introduce herself. She forwarded info about Coldwell Banker via overnight mail. I was impressed because she included info about the recent sales in the area.
