I placed an order on June 6th with my PayPal account. The money was taken out immediately from my account. It is now June 16th, and I still haven't received my product. I called and talked to customer service and was told that somehow the order had not been processed but would process it as soon as possible. Apology, apology, but no other solution but to mail it out via USPS, which with the holiday (Fathers Day), it might take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Even speaking to a supervisor, no other solution offered. Not satisfied at all.

I am surprised to read all of the 5-star reviews. I applied this 3-4 times a day, no lipstick, and other than shiny lips, got absolutely no appearance of fuller lips. It is really expensive lip gloss. The only good thing is that I didn't have difficulties returning it.

This product was easy to order and the delivery was very quick. I love the product. I have been using the clear lipstick several times a day. I will definitely order additional lipsticks. I like the way it applies and the container.

I don’t think this has made my lips any fuller after using it for four months, but I like the product because it has conditioned my lips well and it’s very long lasting. When I put it on at night, I can still feel it on my lips in the morning.

I apply City Lips every morning, while I apply makeup. My lips feel hydrated after applying. I love the glossy look and that I can apply lipstick over the product. My lips are fuller, I love the tingling feeling, but it does not sting like other products I have tried. Great product!

So far I am pleased with the product. I’ve tried other things but they didn’t give much satisfaction. One even stung my lips with tingling. I apply it at bedtime, and my lips are still lush and shiny in the morning. I reapply for the day, and I don’t even want to put lipstick over it. I love the lasting shine it gives my lips. And they do look plumper. Not quite like they were in my twenties, but better than they have been in my fifties. The old shape is coming back, which I used to get compliments on. If anyone is thinking of trying this product, I encourage you to go ahead!

My lips fill moisturized for a very long time. Before I was always having to put something on my lips. They always felt dry and peeled. Now I forget about my lips because they always feel moisturized! No more peeling. I put it on before I go to bed and my lips are still moisturized in the morning.

I am over 60 and refuse to go the injectable/surgery way of aging. I have struggled with very dry lips for many years and tried everything out there. City Lips not only keep my lips moisturized, but gives me a natural fullness without looking "Botoxed." I usually use the clear formula, but have a few colors on hand also. Great stuff!
