In the past 50 years, I have bought and sold 8 properties, both commercial and residential. I contacted HomeLight to try and find the best realtor to sell my condo in downtown Tampa. The condo had been on the market for 11-12 months and two offers that didn’t make it through closing. HomeLight gave me the name of Jason Pithers of Coldwell Banker. Jason was one of the most professional realtors that I’ve met. He kept us updated on every showing with the feedback from the showing agents. Jason kept the closing process very simple and even had the closing agent come to my house to sign the final paperwork. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone wanting to sell their home. Thanks.

It is not possible to put into words how much I appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of HomeLight and the realtor they recommended, Mindy Terlesky. I was already on the phone with Mindy when I received the email from HomeLight with recommended realtors. To this day, that makes me smile. We arranged a meeting for the next day. Mindy was prompt, courteous and very personable. Her knowledge of the market was what really made the process so simple. I accepted an offer on the 9th day my home was listed. It was a fair offer, and from there everything went like clockwork.

I have had HomeLight.com saved in my favorites and will be using them again to purchase a home in my new location.

Honestly, this has been an internet success that I will brag about for quite a while!

I entered my email and phone number to "Receive Information" from HomeLight. Within 30 seconds, my cell phone literally exploded with incoming calls from realtors. I then received an email and a phone call from a Zach Hall (Account Executive), which I could not answer because there were no less than four incoming calls happening on my call waiting. When I called Zach back to request that he delete my account, he was RUDE, EVASIVE and then hung up on me.

Unless you are simply looking to have your number spammed across every realtor in your zip code, AVOID THIS SERVICE!

HomeLight started off well - we were sent Don Wenner's firm's information very quickly and I followed up with him immediately. But HomeLight inferred in its information that we would receive up to three contacts. Following multiple communications with HomeLight, we came to realize that they could not offer any other options for consideration. So I had to seek out other realtors for consideration, doing my own search.

I was also surprised by the number of texts and emails that were part of their aggressive marketing/communication process - some texts coming late at night. I am guessing those are more of a "robo" setup.

If we had received two or three companies for consideration, I would have understood the frequent (and sometimes insistent) communication follow up, but we got only one. So we did our due diligence to find other options. In the end, we did contract with the realty company HomeLight recommended. I am just not sure I wouldn't have found them on my own, since I had to look at other realtors in the area in order to get some comparisons.

DLP was a good choice for us. HomeLight did help us get to them faster than if I had searched on my own. And speaking directly with Don Wenner (who actually is in my State of Florida, not Pennsylvania where the home was to be listed) started the process seamlessly.

We are very pleased with the result. I am just not sure HomeLight lived up to the marketing in this particular case. And if they couldn't provide multiple options, I would have expected that they would have been straightforward about it and state that.

Not knowing realtors in our area and their qualifications was becoming overwhelming. HomeLight took the guesswork right out. We had three very qualified realtors in our home in a matter of days. All were extremely impressive. But in the end, we chose Lori Kazanowski! She not only delivered on her promises but exceeded them. Our home was sold in less than four weeks! Lori is now not just our realtor but a family friend. Thank you HomeLight!

I absolutely cannot say enough about how terrific HomeLight was in order to sell our home. We had tried two other times and ended up with agents that were less than experienced. After finding HomeLight, I was provided with three quality agents in which to interview. The agent that we finally went with was at the top of her game, unbelievably professional but still provided a personal touch. At times you would never think she had any other clients but us. From the initial discussions to assessing the home for best presentation during photography and showings, to working with our unique situation to make showings as painless as possible. Throughout the process she was terrific, and there is no way we would have found such a terrific agent without HomeLight. We are profoundly grateful!

Within literally minutes of submitting my online profile with HomeLight, an agent reached out to me and completed a personalized profile. By the end of the day, I had been contacted by a few qualified realtors. The realtor we selected worked very hard for us, even before we relocated to the area, to find houses that might interest us.

She was so tuned in, that we loved every house she'd prepared; and we made an offer on a property the very first day she took us around. We closed on that property, and couldn't be more thrilled!
