I ordered three items from the website at the end of July but never received any of them by the expected due date, nor their new estimated date of arrival. Their tracking numbers didn't work, so I asked for a refund. I will never order from them.

You get what you pay for, and cheap is cheap. Wish takes it one step further though and misrepresents 70 percent of their products. After you receive the cheap merchandise, it is not cost effective to return since most of the cost a lot of the times is shipping. Nice little scam, but Amazon is competitive on most of their products. You may get a Jack in the Box once and a while, but it’s a crap shoot!

"Warning scam" - purchased 32 different items. All items were of extremely poor quality. One advertised 100% cotton and the item I received had a tag stating 100% polyester! The last drop was when a store did not refund the price difference when I changed for the very same article in a smaller size, which was also cheaper, I guess it’s Wish foul sense of honesty. Never again!

I bought a smartwatch for $16.00 on May 19, 2018. It charged and I took it on vacation for a 2-month vacation. Well, it never worked again. I got back and emailed Wish and told them what the issue was. They said they had only a 30-day return. I said that I expected that my watch to work for more than 90 days? I got cookie cutter statements. I kept escalating my irritation, but with no avail. I am planning to write them a letter, as now it’s the principal, not the money. I will never buy anything from them anymore. Buyer beware.

I ordered what was supposed to be one item, but two items showed up as I was paying. As it was only one pound I didn't think anything of it. My total should have been $4.40, but $12.40 was then taken from my account. I tried to contact for a refund and they send you the same email time and time again, with no action taken. My items have never even been shipped yet they still have my money and refuse to acknowledge it or give it back to me. Do not order from them, they will take your money and give nothing in return!

I have purchased about 15 items from electronics to shoes. Everything I got was of low quality and only got worse after time. Nothing was useful after about three months. The makers of the app are slimy middlemen that can care less after they get their cut. No customer support and the Chinese companies are unreachable. It is dollar store quality with long (2 months) waits and high shipping cost. Pictures are misleading, descriptions are purposely confusing, size charts are off, and prices shown are for specific colors or sizes so if you don't pay attention you get fleeced. I can only conclude that the lack of regulation on misleading posts and low-quality goods is part of the app's design. It seems to screw the consumer as a survival strategy.

After a few orders gone fine (some products good, some other less, all arrived, some of them even earlier), they started to charge my credit card for orders I didn't make. They claimed the items were received by me and on that basis, they refuse to give me my money back.

I'm in contact with them, but their responses (about a dozen now) are always the same, that they don't understand what's the problem. Well, quite frankly, I wouldn't trust a website which doesn't consider fraudulent charges on credit card a problem!

There's no way to get a satisfaction on this matter, I've been robbed, and the best thing you could do in such cases is to cancel your card (and go to the police, bank, wait for a new card). I'm also 9 months pregnant, therefore a fuss I would have happily avoided!

I now have about 60€ worth of an order still pending with them (fully prepaid), and I hope I will get it, but my recommendation for those of you who still haven't placed any, DON'T, there are other, more reliable and still cheap websites.

Third product in a row that I not receive. The return window passed. I wish they gave me a warning that the return window will close soon. I certainly get other notices from them. Wish cash? What use is that? I'll probably not get that item either. I'll not be using an international site again. They just cannot deliver to South Africa. It goes missing at the port in China.

I ordered a dress just to try them out. The total bill was only $12.00 and the dress was made to look just like dresses on Amazon. I just got it today after a month and it is so thin and so cheaply made you couldn’t even wear it as a nightgown. Buyer beware!

I purchased a few things from Wish. Bad mistake. They allow their sellers to put anything in their description, sell it for a reasonable amount, then charge you more money for shipping! Oh, you get your money back for the item, but not shipping. It's their way of making money. Also, if you are lucky enough to receive the item, it's nothing like the picture. It is definitely a rip-off. You too will be ripped off! Guaranteed!
