I have been developing difference issued through my mid-30s, and into now my mid-40s, and everything is seemingly reversing. I have been taking the Total Restore and have combined it with the diet laid out in The Plant Paradox. I feel great, have tons of energy, and CAN NOT WAIT to get my next lab results.

Three months ago I had severe gut pain with everything I eat! I could only tolerate Kefir! I saw Dr. Gundry on the internet, ordered three months worth, and took it for immediate relief. I take it every day now!
I do take it daily, and when I forgot to take it while on vacation I could feel the dull sensation of pain coming back! Yes! Prior Total Restore I change my diet, but that did not help. Since taking Total Restore, I do not experience that dull gut pain when food hits my stomach! I recommend it highly.

I have had IBS for years. I was so excited to see the doctor's video! I ordered 12 Total Restore, was positive this was going to help me. I ordered the prebiotics, Lectin Shield, and Vital Reds. I was ALL in!
I have used them all for two months now and am still waiting for a change. I also ordered his book and cookbook!
I am so sad to report I don't feel any difference! Oh how I wish I did! I had such a positive attitude, so excited after one month. I thought maybe I'm really bad and will give it more time. I am still waiting! I started craving ice cream. I have gained 6 pounds! Anyone else having this problem? Sorry, Dr. Gundry, I so wish I had better results!
I'm still taking them, they cost too much money to throw them out! Maybe after three months, I'll see something happening.

I hardly know where to begin. Total Restore has given me such digestive relief. My appetite is under control. After all these years, constipation is a thing of the past. Happily, I just have a healthy gut!

I have so much more energy and feel fabulous. I just wish I bought it earlier. I have lost about 5 pounds this month with no extra effort. I also bought the probiotics, which I also love. My gut already feels so much healthier.

I've been using Gundry MD Vital Reds and Primal Plants supplements for about 6 months with some great results, so I decided to try Total Restore to remedy my occasional intestinal distress. After the first 30-days using the recommended amount, I'm seeing positive results! I still avoid specific foods per my doctor's recommendation. My digestion has improved and I'm expecting it to continue.

Easy to take and a great pair for the lectin-free lifestyle. It gives me peace of mind to be taking a supplement designed to aid gut repair. I have been feeling great. I’m more regular than I’ve ever been. If you can get a discount, it’s affordable month to month. I recommend it.

From the very first day of taking Total Restore, I have had more energy than I've had in a while. My stomach problems have straightened out. I don't have near the heartburn I use to have. Total Restore has really helped me. And I would definitely recommend it. The price is a little pricey, but it works.

I read The Plant Paradox and ordered Total Restore. I have suffered from GI issues my whole life. IBS mixed turned to IBS c as I aged. Love BMI so no consideration of diet or Total Restore for weight issues only for gut health, since starting Total Restore a month ago and avoiding high lectin foods my ongoing "gi" attacks have resolved. I am reordering Total Restore now.

I’ve been taking as directed, mostly three times a day. I’ve cut back on my acid reflux meds, but am still experiencing heartburn at least four times per week. I have noticed my pants seem looser around my waist. I have been having issues with constipation that seem to coincide with the time I started taking the capsules. Any suggestions re this?

I have always been hungry. Unless, of course, I was miserable from trying to satisfy the hunger. I have noticed a large difference in my appetite. I am feeling full with far less food (not counting calories or following a diet plan at this time), and that feeling lasts for hours not minutes. I am definitely going to continue with the Total Restore with the hopes of gaining the energy that others have had.
