I have been taking Morning Complete almost every morning for about a month. After about three weeks, I noticed a feeling of well-being and more energy.

I started giving it to my husband and am hoping the same will happen for him.

Yes, the difference in your body functions is excellent...However, the apple cinnamon taste is horrible. The aftertaste lingers enough for you to skip a day...or two...

I started using ActivatedYou over a month ago and since I have been able to stop my medication which assisted me with chronic constipation. Not only am I able to stop my medication, but I have no longer have a bloated feeling, and I have more energy.

I am a Gulf War Vet and a recurrent breast cancer defeater. I have had problems from almost 16 years of different forms of chemo and other GW toxins. I was looking for natural ways to battle all of the side effects since the Gulf War and subsequent problems, one being IBS; the reason I ordered Morning Complete with its pre and probiotics, plus super greens.

After about a week or two of daily use, I noticed I am having daily bowel movements (emphasis on daily), without any constipation or diarrhea. To be honest, I can’t remember the last time I had a near normal bowel movement. I have also noticed less acid in my stomach. I've not really been a big fan of green drinks to date, however, after trying Morning Complete, I've changed my opinion. The taste is very palatable, and it mixes easily and thoroughly in all liquids. The inclusion of prebiotics in the mix is also a favorable component. It is a bit pricey by the time I receive it in Canada (with exchange/shipping/duty), but as with most things, quality does cost a bit more.
