I am not ready to say "my life has changed" but I will say that there is no doubt that my GI issues have lessened, I have more energy, fewer headaches and have ordered my second round of 3 months' supply. I am hopeful that I will see even more benefit after 6 months.

I didn't think these would be any different than the probiotics and B complex I was already taking, but I thought I'd try it once. It took about a month, but all the sudden I noticed I had more energy than usual. I am usually tired all the time.

Some people lose weight on this, but that wasn't my experience, to be honest. I have a lot of brain fog from my thyroid disease. I was hoping it would improve with the symbiotic. Perhaps it just takes a little bit longer.

I started Synbiotic 365 30 days ago, with Dr. Steven Gundry Prebiothrive prebiotic formula with your Synbiotic 365, excellent results - flatter stomach, increase energy, and better focus. Two great products that work great together. I also follow your protocol and Dr. Gundry's protocol, both great information on reduction of lectins in the diet, which can be very beneficial in growing a good balance of bacteria in our guts.
