I haven't even finished my first month of Synbiotic 365 yet, so I can't really speak on the long term benefits, but I can honestly say that I believe I can feel some improvement.
The effects are subtle; I mean I don't feel bursts of energy that make me want to hike Mt. Hood, or run a marathon, but I never expected or wanted that. What I was told was that it would be a gradual, subtle change, and that's what I'm finding in my case. I feel...better; I don't get the acid stomach like I had before, and since I haven't changed my eating habits, I can only attribute it to the Synbiotic 364. I do feel slightly more energetic, and I don't get as much afternoon brain-fog...is that because of the Synbiotic? I don't know, but I'm glad of it!
I haven't noticed any weight loss at all, but as I haven't changed any of my eating habits or activity level, that is most likely my own fault; and since that isn't my prime motivation in taking Synbiotic, if I should have any weight loss in the future, that will just be icing on the cake!
I DO feel better, and I will continue to take Synbiotic 365 for the foreseeable future.
