I have ordered a number of items from Wish and have received them all. The quality has been better than I expected for the price. I ordered two watches for less than $15. Both were excellent and worked well. I have been well pleased with Wish. I have no idea how they can sell for the price they do, especially the free items where you only pay shipping.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Endless spam that just keeps coming even after you request it is stopped! If you go to their Facebook they have a customer service department that has a robot that answers you. Lots of wasted time and up to 4 emails daily.

Don’t ever buy from Wish.com. I made the mistake of ordering some tobacco rolling papers, the price was not what it was supposed to be, it increased, don’t know why. And I never received the rolling papers. I called my bank and had them cancel the transaction because it was never received and then Wish.com blocked me. But to be truthful, all of their items are cheap crap, if they arrive at all.

I ordered 4 items. None arrived. Customer service is a chatbot - which told me my date for refund has expired so can't get refunds. I had been trying to get a refund every day for months (this is after waiting over a month after they were meant to arrive as the chatbot wouldn't let me lodge a complaint), then it told me that it's too late to get a refund.

This is a scam site.

I just used Wish for the first time a couple of months ago. One of my orders made it, however, the other never came in. Right around a week or two after the order was supposed to arrive I tried to report that the item never came. Wish told me to wait and eventually I forgot about it. I just recently remembered that it never came and now Wish will not refund me. Granted, I take the blame for forgetting, however, the company should have recognized that I tried to report my item not coming and refunded me regardless.

I bought 10 different times from Wish and 9 were a good value for the price. They are cheap in both price and quality but still do the job. All three of the good watches bought as gifts still keep accurate time and are beaters - they've been beaten up. The kitchen goods work well. My one issue was with a watch that never worked. This was never resolved. The goods are inexpensive and you get what you pay for. But I've never had issues with timely delivery.

I’ve ordered a product of which was estimated to be delivered by December 6th. By December 6th the product was still on its way, and stuck with customs. I’ve waited until March when I finally remembered and realized my product should be arriving. I noticed there were more updates of the shipping but I have never gotten the product. Since I realized it should be a scam and the seller may have never sent the product I have decided to ask for my refund. That option was excluded from my list, they don’t care if you haven’t received any product. They are stricken to the rule of which "30 days after the estimated arrival if you don’t bother you won’t be receiving any rights."

This will be an experiment, so to speak. I have two friends whom I work with who swear by Wish. I ordered one item today, and I will get back on here to let you know how long it took, condition of the product, etc. when it comes in. Based on what I have experienced so far, I would recommend to a friend, but we will see what happens from here.

I have ordered many things from the Wish site and they sometimes don't show up or the seller cancels the order and it is held against you and not the seller. And if you buy a lot, they will flag your account saying that you canceled or returned too many items, even if you didn't, and the website will not refund you even if the item comes in damaged. I am warning you not to buy from them. If the deal is too good to be true then it is, and you will not get your item and they will not refund you. And they don't even have a number you can call or live chat to find out what is going on with tracking or refund, or return if you need to.

Four times I was screwed on orders. They ask you to wait a couple more weeks and sure enough, nothing came. But they offered me a refund, only received two. They want you to enter 180 characters before you can submit this review, but in how many words can you say don't deal with them.

I had planned to order a workout shirt from the site. This was my first time ordering, so the site stated that I would receive a "free" gift for my being a "first time" customer. Once I picked my gift it then prompted me to enter my credit card info. I was a little skeptical so I used a pre-paid credit card. It stated that my free gift would be received in 2-5 days...I ordered it on March 29, 2019. I haven't received ANYTHING yet. I contacted Wish and they emailed me saying I would hear from someone in 2 business days. The email stated that I would be receiving my order on May 2. Needless to say, I will NOT EVER order from this site. Waste of time and money!
