Impressed

By Misha G., Southern California, Verified Reviewer

My beautiful rescue dog "Harley Jane" is almost 8. She was 2 when we adopted her. Over the last year and a half, she started to show signs that she wasn’t feeling well. It started out with her ears. She was always messing with them and they smelled HORRIBLE (we take her to a professional groomer). They said her ears were clean but very irritated and swollen. Next came the licking of her paws. I wasn’t sure if this was normal but it came on so suddenly. I did some online research and I figured she had allergies. I came across your product and thought I would give it a try. It’s been about five weeks and I can’t believe how much better she seems to be. Her ears don’t smell at all and she isn’t messing with them anymore. She has also stopped licking her paws. I’m a total skeptic but my Harley is so much better it’s hard to believe.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Ok for our 10-month-old puppy?

By Nancy N., Columbia, TN, Verified Reviewer

We started our 55-pound, 10-month-old Aussiedoodle on ProPower Plus because we want to keep him healthy from the beginning. We hope he isn't too young to take it.

One change we've noticed is his curly hair is softer, glossier, and seems to grow more quickly. He also eats his two daily meals within an hour or so. Before, he didn't seem interested in eating. Sometimes, he would eat only once a day.

As always, he is filled with energy and is a happy, playful, and loving boy. We want him to stay this way for many years to come.

Great product

By Amy S., West Hills, CA, Verified Reviewer

Both my dogs love ProPower. I give it to them with chicken broth and they just lap it up. It sure gives them an appetite to eat on days they fuss about their food. It seems to give them more energy and they are on the go all the time. They also seem to sleep better. As far as their coat I do not notice any difference as their coats have always been good.

Better “poop”, fewer episodes of diarrhea.

By Margarita G., Plattsburgh, NY, Verified Reviewer

We have only been giving this to our Golden Retriever for about three weeks. He does not like the flavor, so if we put it with his food, he will not eat at all until there is a new bowl. I am mixing it with tuna or with some leftover meats, so he gets his food and this small new treat every day. His poop is better, but since the warm weather has arrived, he keeps eating a lot of grass and vomiting it every two days. He is also drinking from some puddles and he has had a couple of days with a loosened stool. Another thing is that he is fully house trained, but a couple of nights when we have fed him the probiotics a bit later than usual, he has pooped in the house before we get up.

We have started this at a time when there are lots of changes outside with the weather, so I am not sure what is causing what. Still, I feel that he has improved, because he has always been very sensitive with his digestion issues. If you have any feedback, we would appreciate it. Thanks.

Hello Margarita. My name is Kat and I am with Dr. Marty Pets. We always advise our customers to consult their pet’s veterinarian prior to introducing any new supplements into their daily regimen, as nutritional needs vary. These are not common side effects of our ProPower Plus. Please reach out to me at kat@drmartypets.com so that I may have more information about your Golden Retriever and his reaction. Finicky eater

By Harry D., Melissa, TX, Verified Reviewer

Bruno is a mixed Yorker-Schnauzer we got from a rescue place three years ago. He was apparently abandoned and lived on the street for a while. He is the only dog we ever have had that smells every morsel of food offered him, licks it, and then may or may not take it. We were pleasantly surprised that when we put the powder on some grilled chicken (one meat he has consistently eaten), he scarfed it down. In the two weeks he has been on it, we have noticed breath improvement, and his stools are more regular. Bruno gets stressed with change, and we drove for a couple of days up to our summer place in northern Michigan, and that disrupted his bowels for a couple of days. Now that he’s calmed down, he’s back to his old self. Not sure we need him to have more energy - he has enough now - but he seems happier. So far, it seems to be working.

Happy pup, happy mom.

By Marlene M., Pahrump, NV, Verified Reviewer

I adopted a toy poodle that was 8 years old about 3 years ago. His name is Dewey. He had been abused and starved. When I brought him home he just acted like a little old mop. He was very lethargic and afraid. No matter what I tried he didn't really want to interact with me. I spoiled him by giving him bits of people food here and there. Although he loved that, it gave him pancreatitis. Obviously, I had to stop doing that. About three months ago I ordered Dr Marty's ProPower. I also found a supplement for myself. Dewey and I started our supplements at the same time. It took three years, but I finally got my first kiss. Not my last either. Dewey's breath improved greatly. It's okay if he breathes in my face now. When I come home, he jumps up and barks and barks because he's happy to see me. He never did that before. When I let him in the yard he starts to run. He never did that before. He doesn't have the tearing in his eyes like he did before. Recently, I stopped the grain-free can dog food. Now, he eats PetSmart chicken dog food. The only treats he gets are the dog joy wieners.

Oh, by the way, my supplement worked just as well as his did. I have more energy and don't have to go to bed so early anymore. The cost for his supplements are the same as mine. It's a little pricey. Better to spend the money on supplements that enhance our health than to spend it at the vet or doctor's office. Dewey and I have a totally different relationship now and I'm certain a great deal of that has to do with Dr. Marty's ProPower supplement. Thank you Dr. Marty.

3rd dog now in Dr. Marty's ProPower

By Jean R., Boise, ID, Verified Reviewer

Having lost two dogs within the past 18 months to cancer (one 10 years old and the other 13.5), after feeding them both the best dry dog foods, I only wish I had known about gut health and ProPower.

My dogs both exhibited the signs of poor gut health for years but instead I heard the typical lines from my vet about the scratching/licking for both dogs (allergies), eating poop for the one (some just do), the bad breath (let’s do surgery and clean his teeth every 2 years!), sudden onset of nervousness and anxiety (no reason other than Jack Russel’s at that age get that way...so drug them up!). All this to have both die of cancer?! One had a 9" tumor!

My 3rd dog is being fed Dr. Marty’s Dehydrated raw food, given the ProPowder enzyme with pro and prebiotics. No scratching. No bad breath. No nerves. No eating poop. Hopefully and optimistic that as he ages he won’t develop cancer early on now that I’m feeding and supplementing him right.

When these so-called experts claim there haven’t been any long term conclusive studies to prove that the probiotics etc. benefit dogs, all they would have to do is use some common sense and look at the rapid rise in dog cancer and human cancer and see the help pro-biotic enzymes have done for humans. Sure we aren’t dogs but we aren’t rats either and that’s what is used for those "conclusive tests."

I trust that 40 years of Dr. Marty Goldstein studying gut health to also be a great conclusive study of what these enzymes can do for the health of a dog.

Most of all, I can see that my 3rd dog is benefiting from Dr. Marty’s Pro-Power. I’m hopeful and believe his expertise as a long term researcher and vet speaks for itself.

Brooklyn is happy and has more energy so far, he plays more. Thank you doctor M, I will be reordering so I won’t run out. I don’t want to be without his special supplements. The longer I keep him on the supplements the better his energy levels are. Very good, I am glad that I order.

Dr Marty’s ProPower Plus

By Debby T., Falmouth, MA, Verified Reviewer

My dog would not eat her food when I added this powder to it (even with water also added). I returned the product on 5/11/19 requesting a refund since it was advertised as "90-day money back guarantee". I have sent two emails and have never heard back from the distributor. Would not purchase from this company again!

Not too sure yet

By Gayle L., California, Verified Reviewer

Our older dog, a German Shepherd, has tummy problems a lot of the time (diarrhea, won't eat...). We've been adding ProPower Plus to her food for about 2 months now and have not seen a lot of improvement. I know it takes a while so we'll just keep adding it to her food and hopefully, it will start helping.

Less stomach problems

By Mary A., Hastings, MI, Verified Reviewer

Our little 3-year-old Cockapoo, Sassy, has had a stomach problem maybe once a month where she will refuse to eat and was lethargic for the better part of a day. Since we changed over to your freeze-dried food then added ProPowder Plus, we have not had but one minor bout with her stomach.
