I bought an item and I have not received it. They told me to wait, to wait, to wait, and after waiting months, I asked for a refund, but they told me that I can no longer ask for the refund, because too much time has passed. Whaaaaat? You told me to wait and now don't have the refund? Scammers, scammers and scammers. Now I can't contact the support. Scammers, no more Wish!

I bought $122 worth of ornaments that said I saved $160. The items arrived were absolutely junk and much smaller than advertised. When I went back on the site weeks later, things I paid $29 dropped to $12 and I found this consistent.

I recently bought a baby's jacket that said originally $95 my price $12. The jacket is not lined and made rather cheaply.

Not good quality as the sites say. Total rip off.

I will only refer a friend to the complaints.

I have purchased quite a few items on the Wish.com site and, for the most part, I got what I paid for. One thing to look out for, though, is that the images and ads for the products often display multiple pieces for a purchase but you get a surprise when the delivery arrives and it appears to be a half-order. As an example, I twice bought outside solar-powered LED lights and they were advertised as sold in a package of 2 and 8, respectively. But when they arrived, the shipment contained only 1 and 4 lights. I contacted them and they said that I didn't read the ad carefully enough. So, if you order something that has multiple pieces, verify that you did, indeed, pick the item with the number of pieces that you are expecting. This almost resembles a bait-and-switch and I told them as much.

Title: DON'T USE WISH.

If I could give a zero for the company I bought from using Wish, I would. After waiting extra time as per an automated system of contact when I enquired about the three items that never turned up, I tried another way. This also generated another useless link and I am still waiting to hear back. This is the first bad experience I've had in the three months I've used Wish, but I now, for good reason, cannot buy anything else from Wish because there is no guarantee it will be refunded if necessary. My order consisted of three items, one of which said it had been delivered but again, a bad link when trying to contact them.

Opened an account and ordered 4 items. Received confirmation. A couple of days later received a cancelation notice and a "thank you for reporting unauthorized purchase." Are you kidding me? Tried a new order. They wanted info - bank statement pic so they could see if I ordered before. WHAT? They should look at their own darn records and they would see I paid with PayPal.

I sent a PayPal statement - all they did after that was email me about unauthorized purchases and updating their records. I was credited for 2 orders on my PayPal account but I WANTED THE DARN PRODUCTS.

What a joke this website is! I would NEVER recommend this website to anyone, not even an enemy! If I could give a rating of zero, I WOULD HAVE.

The main problem with Wish is that sometimes, you don't get what you pay for and they will keep your money. Don't buy anything more than what you are willing to lose, it's a gamble.

I had someone place an order on my account. When I brought this up, WISH canceled my account. Even though I had many items on the way in shipment. Now in the canceled mode. I could not file a complaint against them for sending me items that were NOT AS DESCRIBED, OR TOTAL JUNK. I had to file a complaint thru PayPal and I had to pay over $14.00 to ship back. So I have nothing to show for my time with WISH except a $15.89 shipping fee.

I ordered a baby bear onesie back in April and still haven't gotten it! It's almost August! I have contacted the support team and got no help at all. Now they say it's been too long and I can't get a refund! What? This website is terrible! Don't order anything because you WON'T get it!

I have always been satisfied with every purchase, even with the way they refund your money back. The reasons are if I buy the wrong size all I have to do is send a picture and immediately the funds are back in your account.

I did order from them and there always is a catch.

They show a price and by the time you order it, the price goes up a few times. If you order one item they double up. You canceled an order but the next day you get an email that the idem you canceled has been shipped and in double up.

Please do not save your card on file because they are not a company you can trust.

I have purchased numerous products from Wish, and for the most part they have been more than adequate. I have, however, purchased three 18K Gold necklaces, and each one has discolored after 2 or 3 times worn. Apparently the only part of the necklace that may be 18K Gold is the clasp. Wish asks for a ridiculous amount of information when trying to request a refund, including pictures, and they are very slow to respond, trying to make sure that the request you are initiating is past the 30-day return policy.
