Waited for my code for over a week. Every time I chatted with them they said wait until tomorrow. Paid $74 to stay pissed while on vacation and waiting for their email. Got my codes in 7 hours with Bell and for $52.5. Honestly I dealt with them 3 years ago and they were great but like all companies they fall over. Call your provider if you can before dealing with this company.

My issue is exactly like many of the others. They were very quick to get the $24.99 out of my account but I still have not received an unlock code. It's been five days. In order to request a status of my order, I needed an order number which I did not receive from them. I wrote two emails requesting the number and did not receive a response. So I called them and was sent in a circle by their answering machine. I have filed a complaint against them through PayPal. They have still not responded to any of my requests. So, I ordered through a different company and had my information in less than four hours and it was eight dollars cheaper. This company is a scam and I will not pay them. Of course, this does tie up my $24.99 for about three months while it is in litigation.

Company is fraudulent and I can only assume that the few reviews here that are positive were written by the company themselves. There are many other companies you can choose from. This one is nothing but a scam and too cowardly to even respond to customer questions. I should know by now to always check reviews before I order anything, even if it is only $24.99. Thieves.

I have now unlocked two phones (an iPhone 6 Plus, and an iPhone 6) that were locked to Bell, Canada. The turn around time was approximately 24 hours. I received an email letting me know when the phone was unlocked, inserted Rogers SIM card, and that's it. It worked perfectly.

I've experienced good communication with this company. I always emailed within their hours. I was unable to unlock my old iPhone, because the IMEI was not found, and received full payment back, without even asking. My hat goes off to the staff for their attempts, and I would use again in the future, if needed.

It seems like the whole world, except me, knows that only T-Mobile can unlock their new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge phones. Cellunlocker.net took my order anyway, and after waiting a week, I'm out $49.99. I politely wrote to them and requested a refund less than 24-hours of placing my order, and before receiving an unlock code. It cost me 50 bucks to learn a lesson the hard way, but I'll post this experience all over the cyber community. If you've had good luck with these folks, I wish you the best. I found them to be a waste of time and money. Today is Friday, I placed my order on Monday, and I've received squat for my $49.99! Happy Holidays to all.

Worked for me, had to get a second unlock code as the first did not work, but I now have an unlocked cell phone. It was for AT&T and can now use it for T-Mobile.

It is a a horrible experience, they quickly bill you but never provide an unlock code. When you call their support line, it simply puts you on hold and then disconnects you.

It sounds like there are a lot of bad experiences, but the unlock worked for me. Took about 12 hours to receive the code. Based on the number of complaints I would say proceed with caution but it's obviously not a total scam.

I was in the beginning happy wit the Cellunloker services, but I am a deeply deceived customer as I am writing now. I helped a friend of mine to unlock his iPhone from Telus Network in Canada and it took a month after emails and threats. I am waiting for a code that they said it will take 1 to 2 days and now it's been 3 weeks.

I don't know if it's just me alone, but The Cellunlocker business is going down.

I purchased an unlock code from this company for my blackberry Z10 and it did not work. I took a video of me entering the code and it not working, as I was instructed to do so. I sent hem the video and they didn't respond to it. They kept saying the code was verified correct. This was 4 days after my initial request. I went to the provider that the phone was locked by and they verified a different unlock code with RIM prior to giving it to me. The code the provider gave me worked. I complained again, to cellunlocker.net and they said I need a video not only of the code not working but of me showing them the IMEI number. They denied me a refund.

This company doesn't care if the service they provide works. They just want your money and will not refund faulty codes.

DO NOT USE THEM, unless you just want to give them money for nothing.

I had a horrible experience with this company! They took 2 weeks to give me an unlock code. Its a total scam. I needed my phone unlocked to be able to travel to Asia. They took so long that I was already back from my trip when I got the unlock code. Now it is completely useless to me.

I emailed several times to ask for a refund since I have not even used the code yet. There has been no response. I emailed sales and support everyday for 2 weeks and even filled out the question form on their site. I have received no contact. How can anyone trust a company that doesn't even respond to their customers.

It cost almost $40 and would have been cheaper to go through my provider, but I was hoping these guys would be faster to get the unlock code to me. I guess not.

My advice – do not use this company.

I recently unlocked my Bell LG G3 (still at the beginning of contract) using Cellunlocker.net since I wanted to use SIM cards while over in Europe.

I received a couple unlock codes (apparently depends on the phone) and the first one I tried worked (my LG G3 had 10 attempts to unlock). The codes arrived in less than an hour.

Very happy with this service; I had no requirement to go to customer service, so I cannot comment on that.

I'm guessing this site has a proprietary algorithm to determine the unlock codes based off cell manufacturer and IMEI? That might explain how they sometimes get it wrong. Some sources say they go to a database to get the code, but due to the fast turn around I doubt that is how they do it.

Anyways, overall a good experience and low cost ($10 CAD).

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so pleased with the service I had to write something. I had a AT&T Galaxy 5 and I sent in my info and received my code in less than a half an hour. I went to T-mobile, put in the code and it worked like a charm. I had to change some APN settings to get the data to work, that's standard. Thanks guys!

The only problem I had was, to use the unlock code you need a sim card from a provider other than the company you are using. Once I obtained one of those I unlocked my phone with the code in two minutes. I notice people dishing the company as it wouldn't unlock their particular brand. That is totally their own fault, they are told before they try which phones it won't work on. I do not shop online frequently but am very happy with the product I received.

I ordered a code Friday at 11am and it is now Wednesday 5pm. I'm going on day 3 and still nothing. I've been emailing about my code and here are the only responses I get: it's still processing, second time was we don't work weekends, third time was our supplier said you should get it no later than tomorrow. Now it's tomorrow and I ask what their business hours are and they reply that it is 24/7. How is it that this unlocking thing works 24/7 and will automatically generate your code when it's ready but you only work weekdays? I'm tired of waiting. I suggest not using this company. I am going to find every review place I can to make sure these people don't scam someone else. I will be going to my bank and starting an investigation. Rogers wanted to charge me $60 to unlock my Nokia N8 phone. This company gave me a code for $7.99 US. Service was fast and everything went smoothly. I do recommend them and would recommend them to a friend.
