Does not work, save your money
Bought three bottles of this product and used as directed for over 2 months. Sent an email with photos to show it made no difference. Was told to use it for 2 to 3 weeks more. Very convenient as it was then out of warranty and just about out of the product. Do not waste your money as my second email was not replied to and have just written off 220 Australian dollars. Don’t waste your money!

Dark spots still there
I am 67 years old and have many dark spots for over 30 years. I read this advertisement and was very hopeful, finally a product that works. Well, I have used the cream as directed for 6 weeks now and I have not seen any change in color or appearance. I asked my daughters if they noticed anything different and they said no. I am very disappointed the product did not work for me.

Did not lighten any of my brown spots
I ordered 3 bottles of the lightening cream and used 1 and 1/2 bottles applying twice a day for over a month now. I have seen no change at all. I am very unhappy with this product. I was really hoping this would work, since I am 61 years old and have several large brown spots on my face and hands.

Please! Please! Give us an unscented Spot Diminisher.
Dr. Gundry, you didn't consider the population that can't tolerate scented products. I purchased 3 bottles of the Dark Spot Diminisher. But I have to return them. The Spot Diminisher's scent is so potent! I applied it and right away started getting a headache. So I quickly washed it off and afterward I tried washing the scent out of my washcloth, but it wouldn't wash out. So I had to get another washcloth. PLEASE, PLEASE, Dr. Gundry, make an UNSCENTED Dark Spot Diminisher! (I checked a box below, but since I didn't get a chance to use the product, I really can't say YES or NO as to whether I recommend it to a friend. So I just checked a box that expressed my disappointment.)

ENCOURAGING
It's been a little over a week, and a few dark spots are gone on my hands and face and others are beginning to diminish in color.
I will review again as the weeks go by.
I had no expectations but was hopeful.

This is a total scam. I ordered three bottles and used them as directed. Did not help one bit. Only diminished my "pocketbook. Please don't waste your money as I did!

Don't waste your money
Because Dr. Gundry is a well-known doctor, I bought this product thinking it would work if he was standing behind it. I got a 3-month supply and then a few days later I got another 3-month supply that I didn't order. I called and they took care of the mistake. I've used the product as recommended religiously twice a day for 2+ months on several dark spots on my face and hands. There is not any change whatsoever in the spots...no noticeable fading at all. What a hoax. Don't buy this.

A little disappointed
I was so excited and hopeful to try this product as I have tried every cream, serum, and remedy to help lighten my facial age spots. I am 53 years old and like other young people, enjoyed my time in the sun; now I am paying for it. I'm sorry to say after about a 3-week use, I have not noticed any difference. I find it to be a little greasy on my face after I apply it, which is fine at night for sleep; however, under my moisturizer and makeup, makes my face very oily. Your customer service dept is fantastic as I had a billing question and she was very helpful.

Darkens not lightens
I’ve been using this product on my face twice a day for two weeks. My dark spots have actually gotten darker and my skin has developed a slight reddish tone. This is the complete opposite of what I was expecting. Not worth the money. I have had better results with other products. I will either return the product or use it as a moisturizer on another part of my body that I don’t care about.

Love it!
