I first started drinking Multi-GI 5 with 8 oz of purified water. It took a few days to get adjusted to the taste but it honestly happened rather quickly. I later tried adding it to a glass of sweet tea but did not care much for that combination. Most recently I’ve been adding a small amount of lemonade to the 8 oz water mixture, and I love it. It is easy to enjoy as a mid-day refreshing drink.
The first 4-5 times I drank it my stomach would rumble and I could literally feel it in action. It does not have that same effect now, but I have slowly been losing weight in my mid-section. I am still trying to find a consistent daily routine, but I know it will happen.
