I have used this product for 3 months. I love it!
It has made a difference in digestion, sleeping, and energy level. I still have issues with cravings and have not seen much as far as weight loss. Overall I am pleased.

I give the product 5 stars for delivery time, it came in less than a week after order (so thank you for that). This is my day 1 of taking the product I ordered to improve my digestive system and as a result possible weight management. I took it as instructed - 1 scoop with 8oz of water, but I couldn't find anywhere where it provided when to take it or how many times a day to take it. So I took it this morning before my cup of coffee (I don't usually eat breakfast), and I'll repeat this for the next 3 months and see what happens. I'd really like to know the best way to take the product, for best results (please advise). I'll keep you guys posted on my progress. I can't honestly recommend the product at this time, as this is my day 1. I am really hopeful that it will work as intended. Also, their customer service is the best.

The problem is that my overall experience with Unify Health Labs Multi-GI 5 is that I have no changes or experience with it. Have been using it for about six weeks now. I should have seen some changes but I have not. Total waste of money.

Received my order (3 jars) in about 6 days. I wasn't even expecting them for another week. After the second scoop (I have one every morning before breakfast) I noticed a tendency toward a frequent and loose bowel (sorry about the TMI), but that only lasted for about 12 hours. After that, I have felt MUCH better and after only a week have noticed a positive impact on my blood sugar and sleep quality. It seems to work as an appetite suppressant for me as well. I don't feel as bloated, either.

I ordered on 7/2/20 and received 7/31/20 with shipping delays due to COVID19.
Today, I was going to start using the product. However, when I opened the first container (I bought 3 for the discount), I was shocked. The container is 4 1/4 inches tall. The product inside wasn't even half full. It measured 1/4 full and had a gel pack for freshness in it.
I immediately opened the 2nd & 3rd containers, which measured out the same. Considering the amount of money for the products, I don't understand how this can be considered an adequate product amount per container. The product in all 3 containers could have easily been in one.
I feel I paid over $150 for 1 jar of product and two additional plastic containers. I haven’t even tried the product, which at this point I’m not going to and will be requesting a refund. I can’t fathom paying that price for three-fourths of an empty jar. I literally thought it was a processing error.

The product burns my mouth. Side effects are unpleasant and uncomfortable. The flavor wasn't bad. A lot of plastic container for the small amount of product inside.

It’s only been four days since I started taking Multi-GI 5, however, what I’ve noticed is a few times that I actually forgot about my stomach, which never happens. I’m always aware of the discomfort, bloating, cramping, and other IBS symptoms. I am looking forward to increased energy and mental clarity, which I think comes not only from a better physical state but also from not having chronic pain that zaps energy.

Just received the product two days ago, trying it for the first time today my initial response was generally OK. I mixed it with 8 ounces of cold water. I thought the taste was as advertised, but we will see, have a long way to go, staying optimistic.

I am a 74-year-old, active, white male, 6 feet tall, 190 lbs.
Have a slightly bloated-looking belly. Listened to the excruciatingly long message while in my car, trying a 3-month regiment. So far, NOTHING. I do not want my money back. I want this stuff to work as advertised.
Surprised, NO directions as when to take (on an empty stomach, before, after, or with meals). Anyone who says the taste is great must work for Unify.

I was happily surprised that it tasted this good, but don't breathe it as you pour it or it will make you sneeze. I am wondering if you can drink it more than once a day...
I do hope it helps me lose the weight. I would be happy with 50 pounds lost. I just purchased 1 container and I don't mind, if it works, to continue paying the regular price for additional bottles. It only took 7 days to arrive...nice!

Awful stuff. Incredible sweet. It's so sweet no matter what you mix it with. Upset my stomach something terrible. Returning after four days of use. Took over two and a half weeks to get the product.
