Easy to use as it comes in a fine powder with a mini scoop. Nice size container, easy to open and store in your kitchen. Printing of ingredients is a tad small to read, as I'm going to need reading glasses.

The taste is nice, but a tad too sweet. I use it as a supplement in frozen 4 berry fruit smoothies along with vegan protein powder, Total Restore, Vitamin D, 1/2 cup orange juice, and some olive oil and water. Overall can't comment yet on health benefits as I have been using it for less than 3 months. Need to wait about 6 to 12 months.
