I’ve been using this for less than two weeks but will definitely stick with it. The taste is good even when mixed with just cold water. I use a good shaker cup to mix it well. It seems to be helping with my cravings for sugar already and I’m hoping it will do everything that it says it does. We shall see!

I have Colitis and it has helped me control the pain it causes sometimes. I'm more regular now and the taste is not that bad. Great product.

Powder, measured at arm's length so I don't inhale product. Product is by weight so half a jar, but looks like 30 scoops. Dissolved in a small amount of water then added the remaining water. Flavor good to me. Then burning sensation, like hot sauce, in my mouth. Whoa, didn't like that at all. That might stop me from using this product. Recovered from Covid a month ago and limited taste and smell. Question, can I add more water or use warm water to dissolve it? Will it change performance? Still very exhausted from the Covid battle and hoping this will help, if I can figure out this burning thing. I will update my reviews. I can't recommend just yet.

Overall, Unify Health Labs Multi-GI 5 is a terrific product. I have already started seeing a difference in my health since I started using the product.

With that being said, I opened all six of my containers and noticed that they all were only half full, but I was thinking that one container might possibly last a full 30 days. I have not been using the product for a full 30 days yet, and my jar is completely finished leaving me to have open a new jar.

This is something that definitely needs to change.

I have noticed a significant amount of loss for bad food cravings but wish it would last most of the day. I am pretty pleased with the flavor but not so pleased with the price. I have only been on it for about two weeks so I think with time I could give you a more concise evaluation. I am pleased so far that I have not experienced any adverse cramping, muscle aches, or headaches.

I have noticed after 3 weeks that this product has made me very regular and my energy level is up, but I have not lost any weight. I need to do better with food intake moderation. I have referred this product to my daughter who has ordered it.

The flavor is a bit too sugar-free tasting, and I have to add it to flavored water to tolerate the flavor.

I've only used Multi-GI 5 for a week, so I'm not sure if I have experienced the full benefits yet. What I have enjoyed is the flavor of the product and its ease of use. I mix it with some water each morning. It's very easy to drink. Within a few days, I began to notice some changes to my digestive health. I believe I am beginning to feel some of the effects of a healthier gut, such as increased energy from better nutrient absorption, reduced cravings, and more alertness. I am not sure yet if I can attribute this directly to Multi-GI 5 but it is an encouraging early result.

I have been taking GI 5 for a week and so far so good.

I do wish there were extra flavors to choose from as I get bored with just the Raspberry Lemonade flavor. Don't get me wrong, the flavor tastes great! I gave 4 stars since the powder doesn't dissolve well.

I am still rocking an 8 oz serving each morning of week one, so hopefully more to experience. Where is the reduced foggy brain? I also hope it helps with lowering my A1C.

I have found the Multi-GI 5 drink good so far. I seem to inhale a little burst of powder when mixing it in liquid and that brings on a cough, but it's brief.

I haven't seen bombastic results yet but it's early. I will give this a full 90 days and hope to see improvements in my gut health.

It has a pleasant taste. But when I opened the product the container is half full. I haven't been taking it very long but I am taking it in the morning and this seems to be working for me.
