It's a $120 rip off and not even good makeup.

By Wen , NV

This is just foundation and powder. Nothing special. I'm not even sure why I fell for the Bye Bye Foundation thing when I watched them put on a foundation in the infomercial. The TV infomercial tells you that you can order it for $39.95. They neglect to say that they will charge you $39.95 three times even if you return it. The makeup is cakey and gross, so it's not worth the $119.85 that you pay in total. I just called to cancel after 20 days and was told I would have 2 more payments of $39.95 taken out of my account even if I return the products I received. I don't understand this scam they are doing, but it seems to be their business plan. I would avoid this makeup like the plague.

Bye Bye Foundation

By Jani Narducci, Verified Reviewer

Ok, So I purchased the Try IT Now kit with Bye Bye Foundation, in medium shade, always a medium. First off, it's not full coverage makeup. As a matter of fact, the coverage was horrible. How much of this stuff are they putting on in the infomercial? It did not even affect my skin tone or hide imperfections. I am extremely disappointed. As a woman over 50, I need to hide a few things. I don't recommend it if you are looking for a full coverage foundation. You would find a better product in the drug store at a much better price.

I actually like the foundation

By Jen , NJ

While I'm not crazy about the autoship (I've just about completed the initial try-it size), I actually do like the foundation and concealer. Used with the pore powder and the disk, it does give you a very finished look in a minimal amount of time. I don't think the foundation covers as great as the infomercial shows, but I find if you put the foundation on first and then just a dab of the concealer on trouble spots, that does the trick. I've actually used the highlighter/bronzer as eye shadow and it comes out great. The lipstick (the on one that shows clear and then changes color) is really nice also. I've tried a lot of BB creams and actually had been Loreal faithfully, but decided on this. There must be something to their claim that your skin looks better after taking off the foundation because I've just (2 weeks later) noticed an improvement, brighter, younger looking, which surprised me. All in all I do like it, but I need to decide if the autoship is worth it to get it. A little does go a long way and I did like that especially.

Best foundation ever

By Yamileth , Belize

Full coverage. I have spend thousands of dollars just trying to find the foundation that will look natural and shiny. But Bye Bye Foundation leaves my skin softer. At the beginning i experienced a little breakouts in my face, but then I noticed that it worked as a medication bringing out those pimples that were under the skin to afterwards dry it out. Now my face looks better than ever. Plus my pores don't show and I can feel in the morning how soft my skin feels. Of course I wash it off, nothing should be in your pores at night. So I highly recommend this product for people who need to hide imperfections. Not too exciting about the lipstick though.

Foundation is Good but Not Worth the Auto Ship

By Thelma Gober, Orofino, ID, Verified Reviewer

I really do I like the Bye Bye Foundation. However, for better coverage I use the CC+ instead of the Bye Bye Foundation (I've tried them both). Also I have normal to dry skin so use a moisturizer before applying the foundation (mandatory).

I ordered the "Tryitnow" kit and immediately canceled my "auto ship" after the package arrived (we will see how that goes) because I wanted to see the difference between the Bye Bye foundation vs. the CC+ foundation. With the CC+ I felt was better and I was getting double the amount (1.08 fluid oz.) from QVC for $39.95 (+ $4.99 shipping I think) and I could choose to have it delivered every 30-90 days.

So my review is Bye Bye foundation is good. CC+ foundation covers a little better. I think all Bye Bye Foundations needs is a little moisturizer before being put on. And check around home shopping places like QVC instead of getting sucked into subscribing into some sort of plan.

Extremely dissatisfied

By Sally Ann , Brooklyn, NY

This product is not better, if not worse, than my foundation. I use L'Oreal True Match and it is 1000 times better than Bye Bye foundation. Bye Bye foundation makes your skin look shiny even after applying the finishing powder. The concealer conceals nothing. L'Oreal True Match is much better. My skin does not feel as good and silky smooth as when I apply my own facial cream and foundation with finishing powder. The lipstick is nothing but a comparison to chap stick. I did not receive the free gifts as advertised. Needless to say I will be sending back what I received for a full refund and canceling the upcoming orders. If I could have given this less than one star I would have. Consumers beware as this product is nothing like advertised on the infomerical.

It cosmetics

By Sheri Pietrowicz, Verified Reviewer

I have been using It cosmetics for over a year, the coverage is astounding. I have gotten more compliments on my makeup since I have been using the product. I plan on buying the foundation moisturizer in the near future. The good thing about autos hip is I'm never caught without being low. I LOVE this product. I have been looking for a good line of cosmetics since I started wearing makeup and I am 51 now. Where was this product 35 years ago? Better late than never.

Love it

By Lisa A Matthews Hosack, Delaware, OH, Verified Reviewer

This is awesome. The coverage is flawless. I noticed my eyes and face look brighter. I was not so keen on the lipstick, it turned into a rosy pink, but I have a favorite lipstick and the look is flawless.

Love the Product, hate TryItNow.com

By Sue Berg, Chicago, IL, Verified Reviewer

I love the product! However, the TryItNow.com doesn't make it clear that you will be charged in 30 days for a new shipment of a full size order. Now the logic: you have 60 days to try it and return it. I disputed the charges so let's see what happens.

When I contacted IT cosmetics directly, they gave me the answer that it goes through Guthey Renker but when i replied, they answered as IT Cosmetics, there was no response.

I am appalled that the celebrities that sit back and promote this, steal our hard earned money every day.

By Rachel, Georgetown, OH, Verified Reviewer

Just called and cancelled, because they took it upon themselves to autoship me a $140.51 90 day package of makeup that does the same thing as Dollar General's makeup does! And after scamming me, in order for me to get the money back that these people stole, I have to pay shipping and buy insurance on this crap and have it tracked. Seriously?! Y'all don't do that crap to have it sent to us, now do you? And if you do, the only reason would be so it doesn't look as bad when you scam us. You celebrities have a lot of money and you're out scamming people that live week to week and can barely afford their bills. I have kids to feed. I can't afford for companies to assume I have money and take it without asking, just because I was stupid enough to give my credit card number to try and see if this junk would help with my skin issues. Which it doesn't! I'd love to speak with owners and creators instead of calling and yelling at an innocent girl named Laura that is only answering the phone because she has to work to feed herself too. She didn't have anything to do with this scam but yet when I said connect me to someone or give me a number I can call to speak with someone, all I got was "this is the only number." I hope you sleep well at night knowing what you really do. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and jailed for theft. Have a great life. And I'll let everyone that I possibly can know not to order this crap unless they want to throw money away.
