my wife and I were excited to place an order on TBdress website. First of all, the promotion said free shipping for orders more than $70 but we spent nearly $200 but were still charged shipping. Secondly, nearly two months later, we still haven't received our purchases. On their website it did say that our order was dispatched and awaiting receipt but when I finally called and spoke to someone after many attempts and unanswered emails, someone apologized saying my order had not been shipped and would be shipped that day. I asked for a refund and the phone mysteriously went silent. It's been a horrible experience.

This is a complete and utter SCAM! Do not waste your time or your money with this company.

I ordered several dresses using their sizing chart which was WILDLY inaccurate. Due to that, I ended up having to return everything. What they don't tell you on their site is that you have to ship it all back to China which will cost more than you paid for the actual items and they will NOT refund your shipping. Then after waiting TWO MONTHS you contact them wondering where your refund for the returned items is and they act as if it never arrived DESPITE the fact that you provide them with a USPS tracking number.

They REFUSE to refund your money and because the USPS shows it was delivered the postal service will not pay out the insurance you purchased when initially shipping the items back. It is a HUGE waste of time and money and their customer service is the absolute WORST EVER. Save yourself and shop somewhere else.

This was my first shopping experience with an Asian company. I purchased 12 things. Ranging from a few necklaces, tops, cardigan, dresses, and Halloween costumes for kids.

I did not receive everything in one package so was worried about that. When I emailed them, they replied quickly and told me to give it one more week, just in case. And true enough, everything has been received.

Now that everything has been received, I'd say about 50 percent of the items are as shown/described/sizes: I bought a retro floral 50s/60s fun dress: stretchy comfortable material, flattering, I love it. A long sleeve shirt I really love, the cardigan - while more for dressing up vs keeping warm, is still nice, Necklaces are exactly as shown, Halloween costumes for the kids were as well. The only things I will 100% avoid purchasing is anything that says falbala or chiffon, these items all look very cheaply made, will likely never be worn :(

SO this is why I say it's about a 60/40 percent chance the item will arrive as expected.

Each time I sign in I have to reset my password. When trying to reach Customer Service, the email address is invalid. So I'm not ordering any additional items. I'm concerned about the validity of the site. Plus, shortly after ordering the first time my identity was stolen. Not sure if there is a connection but I'm careful about online and took a chance with this site. Worried it is not a coincidence.

I ordered a dress for a wedding (I am MOB) and it arrived after 3 weeks. It was too small and the return policy said two weeks on returns. I contacted them via email since nothing was enclosed in the DHL packaging about returns. They said, “Sorry, no returns!” I argued that they said they had a 2 week return policy and since the dress was $150 (long gown for wedding), I really wanted to return it. They eventually told me I could return it at my own expense and they would give me $40 US dollars for a credit towards something else. The cost of shipping it back to China would be $42 anyway, so what's the point? Do not order anything forom them.

I ordered a coat and received a flimsy hooded t-shirt. I experience no returned communication in relation to this issue. Don't purchase anything from this company.

Never buy, they are cheaters and provide clothing of poor quality. I purchased three jackets from them, but in very poor quality and not in the right size.. I wanted to return it but they never got it back. The customer service told me to just give it away to my friends and buy another one. I'm never trusting these people anymore.

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience with tbdress.com. The items were well packed and were exactly as the pictures on the website. I especially love the veil I got. They arrived in about 16 days, so quick. The price and discount are amazing and the items were well designed. One item I requested was out of stock and they actually called me to ask if a substitute was Ok or if I wanted to just cancel that item. I will shop tbdress.com for all future special events.

I purchased six dresses from this site, and not one of them was true to size or looked like the dresses on the site. They are so poorly constructed that it actually became laughable as I pulled each dress out. Another family member had the same experience. One dress was out of stock, and instead of refunding me the amount of the dress, TBdress decided to refund an arbitrary amount, justifying how much the dresses are discounted. With all the issues that others have had receiving refunds, I see this as a wash. I don't want anyone else using their money for these shoddy products.

Don't do business with these people. What they sent me is unwearable. I ordered 3 dresses. 3 Flops. Major heavy padding and metal bars in the chest area. One dress will not zip. They say they will only offer 50% refund. I have logged a complaint and dispute with the credit card company I used for payment. I do not recommend doing business with TB Dress.
