I placed an order 2/21/16. Money was taken for purchase but I haven't received any merchandise or any updated status. I won't EVER order from here again.! They got 1 star because it won't let you post unless you rate them. The only thing done quickly is the taking of your money!

I have ordered several dresses through TBdress. The first time ordering, it was my fault that I didn't understand their sizes. I ordered the first dress in medium (I am thin), but it didn't fit, so I emailed them, and because it didn't cost that much for the dress, I ordered another one in a Large size, and gave the other to my granddaughter. From then on, every dress I've ordered looks like the picture, and I am very please with them. Yes, don't get in a hurry to get them, it takes a long time. One dress said it had been delivered, but again I emailed them to say it had not, and a week later it was delivered. I love the low prices. Thank you.

This was the most terrible online shopping experience I have even had! I ordered a dress and requested a custom size, but the dress that I have received isn't the right size at all. Also, the quality of the dress is bad and it didn't look the same as in the photo provided. So I decided to return it and get a refund, since I read that the return policy is easy, but I was wrong again. I requested the refund on 12/1/16. Their customer service is not helpful, and I now know that I can return and receive a refund for 40% of the amount I paid for the dress, and I have to pay the shipping fee. I am ok with the shipping fee, because many companies out there do the same thing, which they have marked clearly on their website. What I can't accept is the fact that they said because my dress is custom made, I only get 40% of the original amount I paid as a refund. All I was able to read was that we can return any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items, except for sexy lingerie, swimwear, intimates, jewelry and beauties. It said nothing about the fact that they can't fully refund you for a custom made dress! There's no reason for me to keep a dress that is low quality, not as described, and not the right size. And its not fair for me to pay 60% for this dress because of their mistake. In conclusion, I have to send the dress back and pay 60% of it, but with nothing on hand. How ridiculous.

I have called them internationally several times, but just connected with them once. It's so hard to contact them, and even if you are able to, they just ignore you after your call. To this day, I still can't get their return address, and am not able to get a full refund, and it have taken me so much time. I will not advise any of my friends to order from this company! If I finally get lucky and am able to get a refund, I will keep you updated. Thanks!

I bought one skirt, one dress and two tops. Out of all of these, only one top fit me properly! Very unhappy. I couldn't return the items, so I donated them to Goodwill. Very unhappy.

I ordered an item, 8 days later it didn't ship. (They wrote 7 days maximum preparing time.) I contacted the site, they said that they need additional 7 days. After 15 days contacted them again, they said they need another 7 days. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They did for the item but not the shipment fee. When I asked about it they said you got a discount for the shipping. Thought I could get the discount with free shipping. Bad and dishonest company, be careful.

After buying $108 worth of clothes they took over a month to arrive. Then when they arrived, they were hideous. The sizes were not what they were saying, the material was cheap and tacky, completely not as advertised in any way.

So I sent them back, it cost me $62. And I sent them an email saying they weren't as advertised, please refund me $108 for clothes and $62 for delivery. The reply was beyond me - I had to pay for the delivery and they were deducting additional fees from my refund, leaving me with $30. Please avoid this company and don't be fooled by most of these 5-star fake reviews.

I got only half of my order. Customer service doesn't even speak English! It's bad quality. You have to pay for the shipping if you don't like it. Don't buy it !

I ordered 6 items and I am so disappointed with what I received. The fabric appeared to be used and the actual clothes are totally different than what is in the photos! I think they're bad quality. I will never order again.

This was an expensive way to learn a lesson about shopping online from an unknown company. The dress I received was not meant to fit any normal body, the proportions are way off. The email address given on the website doesn't work and there is no address to return the item to anywhere. What a scam!

This company is an absolute nightmare. I have ordered 2 items however it's been more than 3 weeks and I have not received any. I have emailed them twice but no reply. I have called them but no one picks up the phone. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I am coming to conclusion that I might never receive my items and probably have lost my money. My strong recommendation is that do not order from TBDress. Save your time and money. You will be happy (not frustrated like me).

TBDress emailed me again this morning asking for more photos, this has been going on for the past week. I have sent 9 photos; sent and resent. There is no dubiety that they sent a grey duffle coat, not a yellow dress as I ordered, however they are refusing to honor anything relating to trading standards. I urge you not to shop here. Check the internet before you do, I'm not the only person who has suffered this.

Look at how a high risk of scamming you they are on the internet, search this. They are apparently very high.

I have found other means of having my money refunded and having this investigated. Don't forget section 75 protection.

Section 75 is fantastic protection. It means if you order something and if the retailer goes kaput, you can still claim your money back from the credit card provider (even if you've since closed your credit card account).

Section 75 applies to most, but not all, credit card agreements. Credit cards are the main area covered, but the law also applies to store cards, store installment credit and some car finance agreements (though not hire purchase).

Plus, even if the problem is just non-delivery or faulty goods, you have exactly the same rights from the credit provider as from the retailer, flight company or supplier.

So if you're buying something or ordering tickets or flights worth more than £100, pay for some or all of it on a credit card to ensure you're protected. Though keep your receipts as well as your card statement to make it easier.

It's worth remembering that sometimes you might not be able to protect yourself, for example if you pay a monthly fee of less than £100 to a company that goes into administration.

Anyway, I've been blocked from their FB page for posting my views, so happy shopping elsewhere everyone.
