I am 61 years old and in excellent physical condition. Being a lifelong martial artist and weight lifter, I am always looking for a legal edge.
By day three on Vital Reds, I could tell the difference in my energy level and also, to my surprise, a difference in the bedroom area!
Vital Reds must do some internal things not mentioned in the advertisement, truly a bonus.
By the way, it taste great!
Thank you.

I was both intrigued and wary of Dr Gundry's Vital Reds.
So many promises! How could it all be true? And safe? And not a scam? The marketing is almost too sophisticated. Is it a conflict of interest for a MD to be selling product? Is it ethical if the product is not tested for safety or FDA approved? There are many claims with Vital Reds, and while Dr. Gundry does link them to science, nutrition, and human health, until there is a study with data, they will always be just claims.
Dr. Gundry is a legitimately accomplished physician and surgeon, who seems to have the best interest of people and patients in mind. He's also a clever marketer, which is unusual for a physician.
So as a skeptic who believes in evidence-based medicine, I went out on a limb to try Dr. Gundry Vital Reds.
I've used this product for almost a month. I don't believe a month is probably long enough to gage the effect. Here's my observations after 1 month.
It's definitely not doing any harm and I'm willing and curious to give it three months. That'll be the point at which I'll decide. I find it to be expensive, so I probably wouldn't reorder after that.
I'm going to have my husband take it too, but I won't tell him all of the wonderful things it's supposed to do for him, so that he's not primed.
I'll write another review in 3 months.

I've been taking Vital Reds now for about 3 weeks. Taste is a little funky but given the amount of nutrients, etc. I'm not too surprised. Based on original story of Vital Reds, I'm confident that it's a good formula. Just haven't felt any specific changes yet.
Still optimistic on overall value and benefits. Not sure I'd recommend it to a friend until I experience some specific benefits.

I have a question, Dr. Gundry. I have been taking my Vital Reds with 2 tablespoons of psyllium seed husks and 11 oz. of water. It is efficient, but is this okay?
I have good, sustained energy. I am interested in lowering my inflammation level. I will see you in January to check on blood test scores.
The Vital Red taste is great!

I've only been taking the vital reds for almost a month, but I already feel a change in my body. I seem to be more alert for several hours after taking this product, and I don't have quite as large of an appetite as before. I am diabetic and take quite a bit of medication, but so far it doesn't seem to affect my readings at all. The taste is pleasant to take, but it requires a lot of stirring and mixing to dissolve most of the contents. I hope after taking the rest of my three months supply, I will have even better things to say as my energy levels remain about the same at this time.

My husband, who is diabetic, and I have been taking it nearly every day for three weeks. I can't say that we feel any different but with everything that is in it... it has to be good for us. So I feel it is a good addition to our diet. It's hard to eat healthy in a world of preservatives, chemicals, hormones, fertilizer and pesticides. On SS we can't always afford organic so for now we will rely on Vital Reds to help, hopefully, right the wrongs in our current diet.

I have only started, but I feel it does make a difference in my energy level. It would be nice if something like this could really work. I would hope that we could buy at a better cost in the future. It's expensive, but if you go for the entire story of the video, it may actually be a quality difference. Really don't know yet. But if you are feeling sluggish and just too tired -- Gundry is right that you should not feel that way. This may really work for you.

I have been taking Vital Reds for about 3 weeks. I keep it at work so I take it Monday through Friday. I've noticed that it keeps my digestive track in line. I'm sure about feeling totally energized daily; however, I did go on a rigorous hike 1 week ago, which I've done several times, and noticed it was a lot easier to do this time. I ran down the mountain, and even though my muscles were sore, I was not as fatigued as much as before. I give this a pretty good rating so far just because I'm still trying it out. At first I didn't like the taste, but now I crave it in the mornings when I come to work.

After 3 weeks, I am starting to feel better, I'm getting a little more energy, less stiffness in my body. I don't know how long it takes but willing to continue. I'm 66 years old and have some health problems such as diabetes, sleep apnea, add diabetic neuropathy in my feet and legs. I don't expect it to cure me but just hope to get more energy so I can exercise more and stay active. So far so good.
