I have had very low energy for over 3 years. When I started taking Vital Reds I saw an increase immediately. I have been taking Vital Reds for over a month and I have been able to go to my water aerobics class and am almost back to feeling like my old self. I am 82 years old and that feels great.

Vital Reds gives me more energy! I was thinking because of my age (54) it was just a natural progression of aging that I was tired, no energy, and in bed at 9:00 pm with fitful sleep and that would be my life. I did not notice any change in my energy level the first 2 1/2 weeks of using Vital Reds. In fact, I was going to stop using it every day.

However, in the last 4 days I noticed a change. I am 68 years old and still working full time. I found that after I came home I was able to do laundry and other things in the house without feeling like I needed to sit down.

Even though this seems like a small step it has been very encouraging to me and I look forward to increasing my energy level in the future.

I think it was a week before I could really say I feel different, by that I mean better. I always got eight hours of sleep but I still didn't want to get out of bed. I just wanted to sleep and I always woke up feeling tired and stiff. Now I wake up ready to start a new day , Vital Reds has made a great difference in the way I feel.

In general, I am a very healthy person with a very good immune system. So when I take products it's difficult to see a difference a lot of times. But I am 59 years old and work a lot and don't exercise and have a few pounds too many, not on any prescription drugs. So my big issue is not enough energy. I have a healthy Energy Drink I take every morning (for 15 years now) to wake up and give me alertness, it's my morning coffee, I don't drink coffee. I don't crash in the afternoons but I loose my alertness and am tired. I take this every day because I found I have sustained afternoon alertness and don't feel so tired. With my new demanding job I need that.

On the other hand last week I went to see my mom who lives in Bismarck, ND and took her some. She is 76 and is under weight 90-95lbs, but again still very healthy good immune system not on any prescription drugs. She quit work about 4 years ago, was a CNA taking care of people younger than herself at 72, she is a bit of a recluse now and is very tired most of the time and has mood issues that come and go. From the 1st drink she tried she was amazed and absolutely loves it! She noticed more energy and alertness and also help improve her mood and she likes the taste, took me a week or so to get accustomed to it. So I will keep using it and will definitely keep my mom supplied.

I ordered the Vital Reds and Greens. I have attempted for several years to juice however it was time consuming and I wasted a lot of fruits and vegetable and the juices were not that good. I love taking the vital Reds and Greens in the mornings, I will mix them together or take Reds in the AM and Greens in afternoon.

Along with other modifications to my diet -- very limited sugar, I only drink tea or water, no fast foods, but as I think of it, since taking the Reds and Greens I do not crave those items either. I have lost 10 pounds and don't feel that I have changed much. I don't have cravings and I do have lots of energy with no crashes.

I love this product on so many levels, I don't have to juice, I really don't enjoy all that is involved with juicing and I don't have all of this wasted produce either. I have no cravings for sugar and my energy has increased. It has become so natural that I didn't realize the changes until I was asked to write a review. Amazing product. I was skeptical, but from what I had read, the info on Vital Reds seemed sound and aligned with what I already knew. What I did not expect was the amazing results in the area of IBS. Things have drastically "calmed down" and it seems the inflammation is much better. Thanks!

I work nights 7 pm - 7 am in a clinical laboratory. At the tender age of 63 years old, this has not been an easy task. Exhaustion was normal by the time I got home in the morning. After 3 weeks of a daily dose of Reds, I no longer feel the tiredness I used to feel after a rough night.

I am grateful for the opportunity to feel better and know that the other health benefits will allow me a better quality of life.
