Do not buy these pans, they are totally "ALL' stick, and definitely not "NON" stick. Going back to our old pans today. I will be taking these to the metal recycling facility tomorrow.
If someone files a class action lawsuit, make sure to include my name in the list of complainants. I'm sure the scam artist that came up with this concept is enjoying his villa in southern France.

Everything sticks with or without oil. I'm waiting for water to stick. Now I know why you used an egg beater in the pan with eggs. It's how it looks after eggs are done. I am going to hang from a tree with a bell clacker so the crows won't come around from the noise. I would give them to my people that I don't care for, let them suffer.

I went strictly by manufacturer's instructions, never used more than mid heat setting. Pan was great, then after a few months of use, food started sticking. There is a slight discoloration where sticking occurs. Ads show hitting pan with a blow torch, and I never used more than mid setting on a stove, no spray oil, etc. Looks like technology has not yet reached the point where it can be used long term under normal conditions. Back to the R&D lab guys.

This is the worst pan in our kitchen. After a few uses, everything sticks to it! If I could give a minus 5 stars I would.
Don't waste your money on this fraud.

Customer Service must be so busy, after many attempts at different dates and times, that I had to leave a message. They never returned my calls.
The eggs I make daily for my son did stick to the pan.

When I got it I was really impressed how well things slid around. Even too good, I could not get the spatula under things to turn them. It slowly got less slick. Then it became the worst pan ever after a couple months. There is nothing you can do to use it. Adding oil will not even make it not stick like glue. Everything sticks to it like glue. Worse than a stainless steel pan that was soaked in detergent and used without oil.

I did not accept the order online and they sent it to me anyway. I was told to just return it to the post office. The post office said if I do that there is no proof I sent it back. So I had to pay to send it back and extra cost for a signature proofing they received the product. Then I get a credit on my credit less their postage and handling. I paid a lot of money for 2 pans I did not want or have now. Not a professional company to deal with.

I bought the frying pan first and was VERY IMPRESSED. I've cooked eggs, slid right out. I even made the mistake of dropping the top of a container in the pan and it melted into a clump and slid right out. I've used the deep fryer for a pasta dish with spaghetti sauce, my daughter put the food away and didn't put the pot in the sink. Needless to say, I thought that was a disaster, hard stuck on spaghetti sauce. NOPE, not only did it not stick to the pot but it wiped out CLEAN - no scrubbing, no soaking. I love my Gotham cookware.

I was quite disappointed with the Gotham pan, to say the least! After hearing SO much about it, I couldn't wait to experience it for myself, namely because it guaranteed that it was virtually stick-proof!
I made Grilled Cheese sandwiches the very next day after receiving his pan. I noticed that the ham residue had to be washed in order to really get the pan clean. It did NOT wipe off as advertised.
Next, I made Bacon and pancakes. The bacon DID stick, and (like the ham), I had to wash the pan well with a cleansing pad. That being said, I feel that the Infomercial was a bit deceiving. The pan did NOT perform as advertised.

I ordered through Publishers Clearinghouse. I cooked an egg & it stuck. The advertisement is false. I would NOT recommend to anyone. I want my money back.
