I have been drinking Vital Reds for about 1 month. Overall I feel great! The best thing that I have noticed is I have more energy.

I started the Vital Reds in hopes of helping my digestive track and immune system. To my surprise, I felt a surge of energy after taking my first few glasses. I enjoy the taste. I have also gotten much-improved bowel habits. I have not lost any weight.

I general, I seem to feel better, with more energy. It's difficult to measure this type of thing but I stopped taking both my Multi-Vitamin and Probiotic and I feel well and regular.

I have found that the Vital Reds works best for me when I take it in a cup of hot water like tea. It dissolves better and tastes nice.

I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel in the next few months. I'm going to be going on a strict diet and am wondering if there is any caloric value to the 1 scoop/day?

I have only been using the Vital Reds formula for a couple weeks but wake up in the morning anxious to have my mixture to start the day. It's very tasty mixed with my kombucha. I feel like it gives me a great boost and I have been taking five-mile walk every day. I'm 73 and happy!

I have been making daily smoothies for my husband and I for a while now with fruits and greens and protein. I added this to our daily smoothies. I have had a problem with IBS and with extreme daytime sleepiness and since using Vital Reds in our smoothies every day I have had normal regular bowel movements and have had minimal daytime sleepiness issues. I purchased 3 plus 6 additional bottles of the product for my wife and me knowing I could send the 6 back if we didn't feel the product did as pitched to us.
