Been taking/using it for 2 months now, and I feel great, less fatigue and more motivated. Also, I think it helped me get over a cold faster, started to get full blown cold and then it just went away never got the cough. I've been using Vital Reds for a month and have been able to reduce my caffeine use down to a healthy level of 2 cups a day. I know longer feel the need for the jolt of energy in the morning. I can now enjoy a cup of tea for pleasure.

Since taking Vital Reds I have had more energy than before. I'm a relief teacher and sometimes after having infant classes I would come home exhausted and need a nap on the couch. Now I am able to keep going until bedtime if I've had a full day at school. I sleep better at night too. Most nights I wake several times as I'm a very light sleeper. I find I'm sleeping more soundly. The formula is very pleasant tasting and is the first thing I take every morning. Generally I'm feeling overall more healthy for taking it.

My last appointment was encouraging. Total cholesterol down from 200 to 150. Still need to increase my HDL but my doctor told me after reviewing my lab work to keep on doing what I am doing as he is happy with my results this time.

One problem with the Vital Reds for me is that I wish they would dissolve better in the water. Was wondering if you could use hot water to dissolve my one scoop of powder in but not sure if that would harm the powder so I dissolve in cold water and put in ice cubes, as the colder it is the better the taste for me.

I will continue to use for the next 3 months. I do feel that my sweet tooth is not as demanding as it was before I started the Vital Reds. Within a few days I could tell a difference in my energy and the inflammation in my knees. Plus this product tasted good and not yucky like other products we have tried. It mixes easily and completely.
