Ordered pack of three, got one for $65.00. No return address.

By Barbara Price, North Carolina, Verified Reviewer

I ordered a pack of three for $65.00 and only got the cream. There is no return address. I feel that this is a scam. Nothing in the box except the cream and no order form or what I paid for this.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Crepe Erase is a MOISTURIZER, not an eraser!

By Bon Quaintance, Reno, NV, Verified Reviewer

Because of the addition of Shea butter to this product (Shea butter is grainy and comes from the nut of the Karite tree in Africa), Crepe Erase does moisturize by sinking in deeper than other known nut butters, waxes, etc., thanks to to the fact that Shea butter does work its way into the top few dermal layers. HOWEVER, unless you live in a vat of Shea butter, you will not be purchasing a reliable product.

Save your money and buy some organic Shea butter, and a bit of beeswax, then melt them together at a ratio of about six parts of pure Shea butter to one part beeswax (use granules, they are easier to work with, but make sure they melt completely). You can add cocoa butter or coconut butter if you wish, but Shea is the power behind the moisturizing properties of Crepe Erase. Jane Seymour, SHAME on you!

Not what advertised on TV by celebrities

By Nelda S. Carroll, Dallas, OR, Verified Reviewer

I have been using this product for two weeks now, and while my skin feels more smooth, none of the "crepiness" has disappeared. My skin is 78.5 years old and considerable "crepiness" on inner thighs, upper arms, back of hands and lower legs.

My skin is very sensitive, and I have developed a red rash where I have used the Crepe Erase on my arms and hands and chest. I am going to stop using it and return, and I'd better get a full refund of the introductory price of $39.95.

The tub of Intensive Body Repair Treatment has the consistency of shortening and dissolves very poorly. I have used other over the counter creams with better results for smooth skin. Lotions will soften the texture of my skin, but nothing will bring back the once youthful elasticity.

The celebrities that were touting this product were in their 50's and early 60's. No one my age was advertising it and I see the ads on three or four TV channels almost daily.

Do not purchase this product. You will be sorry.

What a joke!

By Pseibert, Ohio, Verified Reviewer

I used this twice a day on neck, arms, and legs. NOTHING!

Don't waste your money. Very disappointing. I don't understand why these celebrities would lie about this product. They can't need money that badly.

Buyer beware!

By Cyndi Lane, Wildwood, Florida, Verified Reviewer

First of all, this product doesn't work (at least it didn't for me), not any better than exfoliating my skin and then applying a good lotion from the drug store. A lot cheaper! Most discouraging is that apparently, I didn't read the fine print and signed up for regular deliveries and after the initial charge of $42, a month later I received another delivery, and the cost increased to over $80 (supposedly because it's a bigger quantity).

I will return the second delivery, however, it's just a pain to have to do this. I typically read everything very carefully and cannot find the site I ordered from (I thought it was Amazon), but it didn't come up in my recent orders. I have nothing good to say about this product and further, believe it's a scam. Buyer beware.

A big joke!

By Vandolyn Roszell, Keller, TX, Verified Reviewer

This does not work. You can go to Trader Joe's and spend $10 on some coconut cream and have far better results. They are such liars. The lady today (in some foreign country) said she was sending a return label. She did not do it. Stay away from these people. I would say they are evil!

It doesn't work

By Tammy Camus, Indiana, Verified Reviewer

I bought and used Crepe Erase for three months! Never did I see a change. I live in Indiana and the weather is brutal, but they promise results, period! I didn't get any in three months, although I spent over $200 and some in three months I've gotten a better feeling from products from my local Walgreens! Crepe Erase earned "don't waste your money!"

Works well for me

By Erica, Uniontown, PA, Verified Reviewer

I received my initial shipment last month, and the next one is on its way at the full cost. I do see a difference. I like the scent.

I am 47 years old and am just beginning to see some slight aging issues. I'm trying to slow down the aging process, if possible. I do realize that there will be no stopping it! I would recommend at least trying the introductory offer at the reduced pricing. A phone call to cancel or make a change to the next shipment is necessary from there though.

I'm satisfied enough that I will likely try the eye or face serum on the next shipment, and it's also cheaper.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Deceiving - and I'm being very nice.

By Lorie Nye, Tulsa, OK, Verified Reviewer

I ordered what I thought was an intro and now I find out I am being billed the $59.95 for THREE months. This is not how the product was represented, and I am beyond disappointed. I called to cancel, and even at that time, I wasn't told there would be two more charges on my credit card. The customer service people are still being deceptive, and I am beyond disappointed with this sales technique. I would NEVER have ordered a $180 item online.

Don't do it!

By Cynthia Rickels, Kimberly, AL, Verified Reviewer

The products were fair, I guess, but didn't work as portrayed on the infomercial I was sucked into.

I returned the products and got my refund (for products that were initially thought to be "free"), so I think all is well. Six months later I start getting charges on my credit card. I have charges now for almost $130 for NOTHING!

I have disputed the items with my credit card company, and I have learned my lesson, which is NOT order products from the television! I will only use products that I can purchase and pay for at my leisure.

Bait and switch on TV ad

By Karen, Roy, UT, Verified Reviewer

They use a bait and switch in their TV ad. I called for the $39 deal and was told that I had to sign up for monthly auto shipment. This was not stated on TV. If I did not want the auto ship, I had to pay $59 and with no free eye cream.

They did not honor their ad! This should be a Federal Trade Commission violation.
