Buy what you know

I buy from Wish.com all the time. Please, you need to understand how one country does business does not mean another country does the same.

1. The sizing is small. Um, the companies come from China, they are smaller people so of course, their clothes are going to run smaller, which is common sense.

2. Shipping is slow. On average not so much. It is common sense that shipping will be slow coming from another country. Be mindful that the items have to go thru several customs stops before getting to your door. The weather can play a role in this. If you want it now, don't buy it from Wish.com. If you still do it, that's your problem, stop complaining.

3. Low quality. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap, you will get cheap. It's very simple.

4. Customer service is bad. The companies are in another country, and their customer service probably doesn't speak your language, so yes, they use email because it can be translated easier. If they had customer services representatives speaking every language, then that would reflect on the pricing.

Overall, use common sense when buying online from another country. Expect some problems and don't complain because shopping online is a calculated risk anyways. Plan ahead.

I buy from Wish.com all the time if I have a problem, I shrug it off because it didn't cost a lot.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Not great

It is a site of "get what you paid for." Order two sizes more than you are. A sweater I paid $20 with shipping looks like a two-year-old sewed it, the seams don't even line up. And it's four weeks so far and my other item isn't here yet. Not a good site.

Wish.com ruins wishes

Sure, items are inexpensive and grab your attention. You think,"Wow, $1 for that, I've always wanted one," so you buy it. Then the price doubles or triples. The price is so cheap because the shipping is outrageous. That is where they get you. They also charge shipping per item, and they all ship separately, which makes no sense. Again, it's their way of getting profit.

Then you wait over one month for the product. And don't bother tracking it, because once it leaves China, they can't find it.

Then when the product arrives, you're so excited, only to be highly disappointed. I've bought quite a few different items, all in one batch, and each one is the cheapest quality and not as advertised. The blouse I bought was supposed to be a sweater, thick and warm, but I could wear it in the Bahamas, it's so thin and absolutely nothing like the picture. Very unflattering, and the sizes are ten times smaller than normal.

Do not fall for the cheap prices. It is a gimmick and needs to be removed from existence. Every good review is false, and company made it. If you look at their product reviews, be sure to go to the 1 star to get real feedback.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Still waiting.

I ordered three items from Wish.com, including a hat, copper infused socks and curlers. I received the hat, and it was great for the price. However, I am still waiting for the socks and curlers. It has been two months, and it's not looking good.

The good, the bad, and the ugly!

I have been a wish, geek, home and mama customer since July 2016. I have purchased a variety of products, from clothes, electronics, toys, houseware, jewelry, etc.

There has been both good and poor quality merchandise. All clothes should be ordered two sizes bigger than you need, and still, there is a good chance it won't fit.

Electronics's buyer beware, there is a 50/50 shot that it will be of poor quality. Toys are OK. Jewelry has been pretty good, at least nothing has turned my finger green or tarnished.

There has been a few thing that came late, got lost, or damaged, which I was refunded for.

BUT, their customer service is lacking, to say the least. All you get are generic responses, which usually have no bearing on the matter.

The worst experience was the last 6 days, where I had three items from two different stores (which they later said were owned by the same person), in two different orders. I was sent a notification that they were delivered on December 16, 2016. When I got the mail, only one item was contained in said package.

After six days, 11 responses and seven different people, I was refunded.

After doing my own inquiry, I noticed that the three were connected, with one tracking number for three items, and I know that they could have packaged them together, but the fact is, they were not. I had to explain this seven times, each time I heard the same thing from them, it was as if they had no idea or understanding of the facts. Finally, someone named Jen responded and acknowledged that I had not received two of the items.

They cannot deal with two items on the same ticket, so I am still dealing with the ring I did not get, and am going through the whole thing all over again. I am up to five responses, with 5 representatives, and still they are asking for a picture of the package and the item I have not received, to help them better understand the problem.

In conclusion, as with life itself, there are good points and bad, you just have to decide for yourself if it is worth the bad. Keep in mind, I have hundreds of transactions, spent I would guess about $2000 on this site. Also, I have been refunded about $500, and only had four issues that I would call unacceptable.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It's a fun luck-of-the-draw shopping experience!

The key to having success on Wish.com is not taking it too seriously. It's gambling with products. Either you get a great high-quality item or you get broken trash! Eight out of ten times you'll get fairly good quality.

Never buy the expensive stuff or pay more than a few dollars for shipping. There may also be other sellers who sell the exact same item for cheaper, so make sure you're getting the best deal! Assume that you can never return the item. You're stuck with it. But if you only paid $2 for it, then it isn't much of a loss. Give the seller a bad review so others know not to go with them, and just cut your losses.

I got the highest quality synthetic hair you could buy in a wig for $7. I was expecting Halloween quality and got real feeling hair! They have pretty good costume jewelry and the makeup can be very high quality. Don't buy the clothes though, they are all going to be small and fall apart. Don't waste your money. Also, don't buy shoes or expensive electronics.

I love it! I order a few things a month and play the waiting game at the mailbox. Because you never know when your product is coming each day is a lovely surprise.

Enjoy and shop at your own risk. I also have had no issues with being overcharged or someone getting my info.

Unhappy customer

I ordered off of the Wish.com site and I still have not received anything and now I've read the reviews! it's not looking good. I think I've been ripped off. I'm really hoping it's just all late and I will get it but not hopeful at all especially after what I've read about Wish. I feel pretty annoyed about this. I don't think I will be recommending Wish to anyone.

Problem? Taken care of!

My Daughter ordered some Yeti cups from WISH and I liked them so I ordered them and a few other things. I started receiving my items and the first one was horrible and the most expensive. I started through what I thought to be a long process to go nowhere. I was very surprised to find they refunded all of my money for the item as well as S/H. I then received my Yeti cups, two of them, one had a cracked lid and the other a dent. I sent an email explaining the problem and what did they want me to do, sent them back? Nope, they refunded me again. In just a few days time all was cleared up. I am very much relieved as I really wasn't sure what to expect. Like all ordering online, of course be careful, read the reviews and happy shopping.

All my items arrived as described. However as with all international products the wait at customs can be up to two weeks. A small inconvenience for the products. I have seen many of the same items sold on other sites for double the price or more.
