I am so completely satisfied with each and every product I have ordered. I am now using up the high-end products I used to buy as hand and foot creams. The texture, scent, application and immediate, as well as continued results, are so accurate as to its claims. I am and will continue to use and add to my collection of these perfect products. I am 64 years old, and my skin had become very dull. Since using the lift and sculpt cream, it has taken on a dewy look. My lines are still there but they sure as heck don't look so bad!

I ordered the Correcting Body Complex, used for 75 days but it didn't perform any better than a drugstore moisturizer. I contacted Beverly Hills MD for return information. I returned it per their instructions (they received the items on 1/12/17), but I have still received no refund. Their customer service claims a credit back was issued on 1/20/17, but today is 2/20/17 and no credit has been issued.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Late last night, 2/15/2017 at 11: 38 p.m. EST, after watching one of their videos, I did order the Crepe Correcting Body Complex, as well as the upsell purchase of three Lift + Firm Sculpting Creams. After researching the BBB and other consumer feedback sites, which I should have done before ordering, I had quickly decided that I did not wish to continue with the purchases, and I wished to cancel and have both orders refunded in full, as promised on their video and website.

So first thing the next morning, I did call the customer service department, 2/16/2017, 9:13 a.m. EST, (6:13 a.m. their time) at 1-877-828-5528 requesting to cancel, stop and refund both of my orders, as well as be removed from the auto ship immediately. The representative, who was abrupt and would talk over me instead of listening to me, said that she would cancel the auto ship, but that the orders were already shipping, which I absolutely do not believe that they couldn't be stopped in this short one-hour time frame from when the warehouse opened.

I work for a company that is very similar and know how the shipping process works, and we would have been able to do so easily and with no hassle or rudeness. They definitely should have been able to as well!

So now I have to pay to ship them back? This is an unacceptable and bad business practice. Thus, when I receive the orders, I will be immediately returning them for full refunds as promised and guaranteed by their company, and will expect a swift resolution on the full refunds. Otherwise, I will be calling my banking institution to dispute and chargeback all the charges.

I was hoping they were one of the "good" guys, but obviously not. Learn from my mistake and check them out on BBB and consumer complaint websites first!

Regarding the Crepe correcting Cream, I used daily for over one month and saw NO DIFFERENCE in skin appearance.

I purchased four jars and will use it as a moisturizer until it's gone, but won't purchase it again. It is disappointing, but I feel that I should have known better.

Save your money!

I was very excited as I received the cream called Beverly Hills MD Lift & Firm Cream as a gift. My dear sweet elderly aunt purchased this for me knowing I very much wanted to try the product. I had wanted to buy the product myself but thought the price was expensive. I found the cream to be non-greasy, faint to 0% odor (good nor bad) but had ZERO results/effect as far as firming or sculpting. I used it more than 3 times a day and travel with it in my handbag.

I have to give my review as unpleased, and I do not recommend spending the money (nor the time) in ordering. Being it was a gift, I feel I am in a position where I cannot receive a refund because I would have to tell my dear aunt who bought the cream for me as a gift that I don't like the cream (and I feel that it would be rude). However, I also feel bad that she wasted $120.00 for something that works as much as any $15.00 in-store cream which claims to do the same thing.

When your friends comment that you are growing old backwards, it puts a smile on your face. I use the Lift and Firm Cream along with the newer Peptide Cream. Both have softened lines, and my neck is losing the sag and the lines, or the chicken neck look. I also take the Restore Complex Supplements.

Eating right and exercising go a long way. Taking care of your skin, the biggest organ on your body, is a requirement. Beverly Hills MD products do not cause your skin to break out, they make your skin smooth. It's taken a long time to find good products to use, and Beverly Hills MD is constantly looking to find better and better products.

I was taken in by their promotion to buy more Crepe Correcting Body Complex only to learn of their short shelf life. I made two phone calls to customer service and was told nothing can be done. A disclosure was never given regarding the shelf life, why would anyone buy in large quanties?

I found the cream to be of little to no benefit to me, so I called after about 45 days to get a return authorization and was assured I'd have a credit to my credit card with 3-5 business days. I returned the cream November 29. Today is December 13, and had I not called the credit card company to check if I had a refund, the 60-day period during which my credit card company accepts disputes would have expired and I'd be out $117. You may like the product; but if you don't, be sure you check to be sure you get a credit before the time limit for your credit card company expires, because I don't trust these people and don't think you can count on their "60-day money back guarantee."

I had thyroid removal, they cut my lower neck, over a period of year's I noticed my neck starting to crinkle. OMG, what to do? I found this product and it took 4 weeks to see a really big difference. It does work.
