Cost

By Roger Lord, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Verified Reviewer

They charged me $50 for shipping and postage, but the set costs $99.99. You have to fill out info on the computer to get the coupons. Do not order it off the TV.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great product!

By Robby, Florida, Verified Reviewer

I LOVE this Copper Chef Pan. Mine is the big square one, and it's my one go-to pan, and I use it every time I'm in the kitchen! I boil items, steam frozen veggies, and prepare items that stick and burn in other pans. I do rice and pasta dishes, also, by using this pan. I have not fried chicken yet, but need to try that next.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The only thing I do not like

By Tammy Cannoy, Florida, Verified Reviewer

I love the pan; it does just what it shows on TV. It is very non-stick, and washing and clean up of the pan is a breeze.

Please do not get me wrong, I love my Copper Chef Pan, but they have to do something about the lid. It has a silver rim around the edge of the glass, and there is less than 1/16 of an inch gap from where the rim and the glass meet, and I have yet to find a brush small enough to clean. And let me tell you, it is black now, and you can't soak the lid upside down because it has a steam vent and the water comes out. I had to soak one side at a time in bleach to get the black out from under the very edge.

They need to do something about that lid, but I love the pan.

No good

By Lucy, California, Verified Reviewer

This product is not as good as they say on TV.

After a few uses, everything gets stuck on it. And about the eggs sliding on it, what a lie. You do need to put oil, and even after putting oil, it's a mess.

Everything sticks to the pan

By Al, Minnesota, Verified Reviewer

After using the pan, the food sticks to it. Eggs turn out bad, even with butter. I am not happy.

Garbage product

By Diane, Arizona, Verified Reviewer

At first, it worked great. Then suddenly, EVERYTHING stuck to the bottom. And forget about getting it off the pan; no matter how long you soak it in hot, soapy water. It is FALSE advertising; don't bother!

Induction use, well maybe

By Cynthia, St. Louis, MO, Verified Reviewer

I have an induction stove, and as the Copper Chef is advertised to be induction ready, I purchased it.

I was really excited for its arrival because of the size (9.5 inches), the fact that it is nonstick, and height of the sides. But, I found the very fist time I tried, TRIED, to use it that it would only function on the tiny burner on the stove top because of the size of the induction plate. And, because it will only work on the tiny back burner and the size of the pan, I cannot use my large front burner, because the Copper Chef extends over the front burner.

I cannot express how very disappointed I am. I guess I will just use it to bake in. I had ordered this through QVC. It will probably be fine on an electric or gas stove, but the induction cooktop, not so much!

But I will say, I will never go back to an electric or gas stove. The induction top uses less electricity and the temperature does not fluctuate and gets just as hot as a gas stove. It's a learning curve adjusting to it, but worth the trials and errors, and the price.

As to the bottom line and if I would recommend it? Yes, but it depends on your stove.

The best pan

By Stephen M Francisco, Santa Rosa, CA, Verified Reviewer

The Copper Chef Pan is the best pan my wife and I have ever had in the last 27 years of our marriage. It does everything that it is advertised it does, and I love it. We had the green pan (that was not what it was crack up to be), and I thought I would give this a try. So far it is great. I have owned it for three months, and we will see what it does in five years.

I have used it literally everyday since I bought it!

By Sam Fuller, Omaha, Nebraska, Verified Reviewer

I watched his commercial like eight times, and then I found it at a store in the mall, the As Seen on TV store.

I bought it, and I have used it literally every day since. I have cooked all my breakfasts in it, and almost all my dinners. I take a sandwich or go out to eat lunch. I am cooking dinner, first the chicken, and now steaming some broccoli. I saw a commercial where he has a bigger pan now, so to be honest, my crock pot broke (wife saw a crack in it). A week ago, I saw this new ad, and I said hold on, I am going to order that new deep pan because he says it takes the place of the crockpot.

So that is why I visited the website. These are super easy to clean, and cook great. I might get rid of everything but the Copper Chef, and all those high priced ones I have purchased through the years, you know to pull out when guests are here.

But for me, all I need is that Copper Chef Pan. Great stuff.

Love it

By Rosemary, North Carolina, Verified Reviewer

The Copper Chef pans are wonderful. I was dubious at first, but have not had a problem with them. I have read reviews on other copper pans, and we chose Copper Chef due to the great reviews.

I just wish they weren't so expensive. I would like to get the 10" pan but don't want the induction cooker. I highly recommend it.

Love my Copper Chef!

By Wendy, Houston, TX, Verified Reviewer

My first purchase was a small round skillet from Ross, and I loved it.

I found a deal on eBay for a set of large skillets with lids, and have used them almost daily. I have not been disappointed, although the large skillets are a little bigger than my burners, and the heat doesn't spread all the way to the edges, which has been convenient in some cases when I needed to keep part of my dish warm but didn't want to cook it hard any further.

I have purchased knockoffs that performed similarly to what others say about theirs sticking. But then again, I don't cook anything in them where I don't use olive oil or butter, and the clean up is so easy that there's no need to send them to the dishwasher.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
