Despite the high number of negative reviews, mine was reasonable.

I ordered two lots of 10 Guy Fawkes masks. The reason I chose this particular store was the price, and also because they were the only store offering lots of 10 masks, and partly because the store had a large number of positive reviews. I ordered on January 30th, and they arrived on February 16th, which was half the time they said it would take.

After my order was processed and was shipped, which you can monitor via the Wish.com site, I received a tracking number that I was able to look up. But I had to visit a different website, which I assume was the shipper's site. Anyhow, the tracking was accurate for the most part, maybe a little slow in updating, but good enough. My order arrived with all 20 masks intact and no funny business on the money end. They charged me what they said they would and nothing more.

I do have one complaint that seems to be common, and that is that the items are often misrepresented in the photos provided. Many stores have multiple different pictures representing an item and are not clear as to which is the item you will be getting. In my case, the pictures were similar but obviously NOT the same. Though the items I received were sufficiently similar for my needs, it would be extremely helpful if stores would take care to better indicate exactly the item represented.

I have also had a number of friends who have ordered from Wish.com with positive results. I should mention that neither myself nor my friends have ordered anything electronic, with the exception of a color changing LED light bulb with remote, which seemed cheap but functioned as it was supposed to.

Overall my experience is getting a four-star rating, but not a five due to the masks being a little different than was represented on the site.

The bottom line is, look for stores and products that have numerous REAL reviews. You can typically tell if a vendor is stacking reviews themselves, particularly if they are foreign and lack knowledge of the English language (I'm not trying to stereotype anyone, just saying). Be sure to read the reviews of the item you are interested in and also the store selling that item. They seem to be a good way to gauge the service and product you will get.

I will likely purchase from Wish.com again in the future if I see something that interests me.

First, this company just want the products to go. They don't care about clients.

I bought items, and when I enquired about how to return them, the answer was that it takes time for the returned item to be received and so they told me it depends on me if I would wait for that long to get my refund. Surely this means they are trying to get rid of their merchandise, regardless of if you like it or not. Simply, I am stuck with the items since paying for shipping is expensive and they will not refund all the money.

I can't recommend anyone to this site.

The clothing from Wish.com is small. Shipping on almost all the items takes forever. People say their product came early when it really takes two months to deliver. I would not recommend them.

I ordered a product designed to remove ear wax from your ears, but I received a teeth whitening kit! That is not even CLOSE! It costs more to send it back, so I kept it. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Both my wife and I have ordered several items. We have never had any issues. Items were as described and always have arrived early, generally not much more than a week or so. We will continue to use this site as well as their sister sites.

I love Wish.com. I used to hate it, but I'm a fan now. AliExpress didn't really catch my attention, so Wish.com got me as a customer.

I can literally buy anything from there. If it doesn't arrive, I ask for my money back, and I got them back every time I asked. Either I get my products, or they get feedback and I get my money back with no problem. I used to think Wish.com was a scam, but it's not. Remember, it's "MADE IN CHINA, " and it's cheap, so don't expect it to be real diamonds.

I received the watch after a month and a half to find it to be damaged. The radial glass on the watch is cracked, and I have been trying to get in touch with Wish.com and get error messages. So I lost my money, they don't even show my order in their system. I will never purchase from them again.

When I first signed up, I was able to pick my free gift and just pay for shipping. I did that, and then found something else for me, so I ordered it. Next, I found a cool watch and a nice hoodie for my husband, so I ordered them for his birthday. All the orders were placed on January 6, 2017.

It is now February 28th, and I have had NOTHING arrive! I've received a refund for everything, but I would have rather received the product. This is not a great introduction to a new shipping experience. I've ordered one additional item after that, so we'll see if it even shows up. But I am not holding my breath. I am super unimpressed with this site, and their tracking isn't any better either.

I bought three items from them, and I never received them. I was successful on getting reimbursed for two of them, but now, when I try to get my money back for the third, the option doesn't work anymore, and the page is empty. I try to contact the costumer service, and I got the same thing, which was an empty page.

I made a bunch of orders from Wish.com, and the first three items never even arrived at all. There were two hoodies that did come, and the material was cheap. I ordered six more items from Wish.com, where five of them are delayed, and I'm 100% sure they will not arrive like the others. And one item is set to be delivered by March 6th, but I honestly don't expect it to come. Even if the items on the website were cheap when you receive them, I have had issues getting the items I paid for!

Would I recommend this? NO, because if you are looking to gift some items on the site, it's 100% guaranteed that you will never get your items on time or ever!

The first and only time I ordered a simple cushion from this website and what did I receive? An embossing stencil and an email from Wish.com saying my order had been delivered. That is total crap!

Upon further investigation, there is a scam going on whereby either the wrong address or item is being sent masquerading as the item you ordered i.e. in my case (and others) an embossing stencil! The customer service at Wish.com is a joke too. You send photos of what you actually received, and they still ask for photos. I have now been back and forth for over a week with their "customer service" department and still have not resolved the problem. The police and FBI etc. should be notified about this.

Do not order from this website!
