I bought lenses for my cell phone, had seen it on another website. When I opened the little bag (on the other site the container was a nice little zip bag with lenses fitted neatly inside), and the lenses all fell out. There are no instructions as to how to put the lenses back together. So, I'm quite sure I simply wasted $1 + shipping. I'm glad that's all I paid for this now useless device!

I ordered ten things back in December and out of the ten only received three. I contacted Wish, and they have refused to give me a refund on a couple things as they say they give a month to get here, and after that, I need to contact support. I didn't because with the reviews, it says use Wish if you don't mind waiting. I wasn't worried as my friend is expecting and I ordered these things when she first found out she was having a girl. So being a good customer and patiently waiting it out, then not getting a refund because they lost it in transit.

Don't order from Wish! I live in Canada, so I'm not sure if that is the issue due to things arriving from across the country, but this is poor, poor customer service, and I am NOT HAPPY at all.

Don't order from this place. They take your money and never get the product. There is no phone number to talk to someone, and you're lucky if you get an email response. When you do get an email they never answer your questions. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

I ordered several items but when I wrote to the customer service about totems being delivered to the wrong address, my account was closed down. To date, I have not received one item, and I cannot contact anyone because I keep getting the runaround, "Email forwarded to the appropriate person."

I have been shopping online from Wish.com for the past month.

What I have received so far in women's clothing, the quality has been very good. The clothing runs very small. The shoes are the correct sizes as in the USA. It does take a little time for the items to arrive.

I'm pleased with this site.

I've purchased several items from Wish.com. I haven't had a good experience with clothes. They either don't fit right or are of very poor quality.

I have purchased many accessories, hair clips, earrings, necklaces, and rings. Most are decent for the price but earrings are a hit and miss as the part that goes through your ear will not fit right and is painful.

It is good for dog products and phone cases and covers, and I have gotten some cute stuffed animals also.

This company offers goods at so-called reduced rates. But when you order something of value, it does not arrive. They ask you to be patient. It still does not arrive. Then they say you cannot get a refund because they only give refunds up to 30 days. That is both robbery and a scam. Avoid them at all costs.

I've been having difficulties ordering from the site! For some reason, I keep getting the message that there is something wrong with my account. I don't feel comfortable sending a strange company a photo of my entire debit card and/or a bank statement. Is there a phone number to actually speak to a human being? There are several items that I would LOVE to purchase, but I'm stuck in a holding pattern for now.

A couple of days after my items were to arrive I sent an email to see when I could expect to receive them. The response was that they checked my order, decided to cancel my order, and would be refunding me. I did not ask for my order to be canceled.

When I tried to discuss my frustration and emailed customer support, I only received seemingly form emails in return that did not address my questions and frustrations. They also did not help me sign onto my account that I was not able to sign onto because it said my email was invalid.

When calling the company, you can't speak to anyone! Don't count on receiving your order. Very unreliable and pitiful customer service!

I first come upon the Wish.com app six months ago. At first, I was skeptical, but what the hell, I didn't have much in the bank on that debit card and there is no overdraft. So I purchased a $1 laser light and a $1 precision tool set.

About a month later I received them. Laser worked for what I paid, and I did some little modifications to it. The precision set better than expected. So I ordered a few other things in the $5-$10 range. Two items never came. I mentioned it to customer service, and with 36 hours I was reimbursed for the item and shipping.

So I ordered some more. This last item was a flashlight. I received it a week and a half ago, and I had a complaint. This flashlight was definitely not what the shop was advertising. They got back with me asking to send a photo of the product and a photo of the packaging tracking number. I threw that packaging away and wasn't too worried about the refund, but more or less was letting them know I was a little disappointed.

I sent them a picture of just the product, told them with a few rings and hose washers I made it solid, but that the brightness was nowhere near 10000lm but more like 200lm. The next afternoon they replied back agreeing with me and reimbursed me. Less than 24 hours later I was refunded. I went back on to order the same light but from a different store. I did for a few bucks more, and it was mailed here in the States and I got it within a week. The quality the store advertised was what I got.

I have gotten nothing but excellent customer service. A few items came late and I was reimbursed, but when the product finally came and I told them, they told me to keep the product as a "thank you for shopping." I have not spent more than $10 on one item so the higher prices may have a different service if complaining, but I would risk it from what I have seen. I will keep on buying here and there.

I sell on this website and have almost had enough! I have been selling for quite a few years and have never had so many refunds. This company gives refunds to customers for everything even without contacting me. I am loosing so much money because of this company. These customers make up stories and boom, they get a refund. Wish.com does not do things right at all for the sellers!
