Great nonstick pans

By Kathryn, Westville, IN, Verified Reviewer

I love these pans (I own three). Unlike other reviews, I've had great success with them. I enjoy getting a sizzle on my steaks and pork chops at the start of cooking. I use olive oil and have never had a problem with sticking, and I can easily clean the pan with a dry paper towel; but I do hand wash my pans (which is recommended), even though they are dishwasher safe. I'm hoping that they will soon offer cookie sheets and a larger skillet for bacon.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Best pan I ever used!

By Doc Lynch, New Milford, CT, Verified Reviewer

I love this pan! NOTHING has stuck yet.

I made a beef stew that cooked in half the time. Amazing! Even the carrots were soft. It must be the stainless steel bottom. I cook bacon in it, and because of the deep sides, there's no splatter all over the stove.

I recommend Copper Chef to anyone who loves to cook!

False advertising

By Ivan, Washington, Verified Reviewer

None of the claims in the ad was true! With or without oil everything sticks. Eggs never slide off the pan, it burns.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Crack in the coating of pan

By James Houck, Markle, IN, Verified Reviewer

The pan works pretty much as advertised except after using it a couple of times, the pan developed a crack in the coating.

I can't seem to contact the Copper Chef company to find out what to do with it. I bought the pan at Walmart and have lost the receipt. This is the 9.5-inch square pan. The pan was not mistreated in any way and I am very displeased.

I also bought a 9.5-inch round pan that does not work as advertised. The pan stick to everything and I am not happy with that pan either.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Don't waste your money!

By Andrew, Bullhead City, AZ, Verified Reviewer

I'd like to see how they do what they do on TV. And, don't try to melt cheese, cook up a marshmallow dessert or melt a wrapped piece of sugar candy. It'll never work.

Their customer service is worth less than the reliability of the product. About the only thing I like is the square shape. I tried to chat with a customer service rep (I think they contract that out to an outfit called Tristar). The answer I received to my question was a copy of what the instruction sheet says. It did not answer the question, and when I tried to pursue it further, I was cut off of the Chat.

DON'T waste your money, or at least know what you are getting.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Wonderful products

By Paulette Copley, Haines City, Florida, Verified Reviewer

I have all the pans including the grill set and the induction platform, and each piece works as promised. Nothing sticks. I have used it in a variety of ways, cooking a variety of foods, and this product is wonderful. I'd like to have some cookie sheets from this company, but I have yet to find them. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Reviewer HighYa in not factual about the XL size

By George, Seattle, WA, Verified Reviewer

You keep saying that the only difference between the two pans is its higher sides. The original is a 9-inch square, and the XL is an 11-inch square. So it is a lot bigger pan/pot.

As for non-stick goes, forget it. It sticks and burns to a black crust after cooking pork chops, steak, home fries, etc. I even added a bit of olive like that chef dude. Forget about eggs. The ones you see in the pan are perfectly round in the pan. That will not happen. After cracking in the pan is spreads out a lot and sticks like hell.

Not at all happy with my pans

By Doris Krichten, New Oxford, PA, Verified Reviewer

I would tell you not to buy these!

With the frying pan, everything sticks to it and I had a hard time getting it out. Also with the other one, where they say cheese doesn't stick is a lie, and that it doesn't get chipped, that is a lie also! I use the 9.5-quart a lot, and it sticks, everything does. I use all Pampered Chef to turn all my hamburgers and tongs to remove chicken and steak, and they are all coated, so I don't believe them when they say they won't chip or burn.

It's a lie, and I am not very happy for what I paid for.

Copper Chef

By Deb, Michigan City, Indiana, Verified Reviewer

The pan sticks and scratched. The lifetime warranty is no good. It is fake advertising on warranty, and their customer service is bad. I don't have the order number since it was a gift.

No other pan needed!

By Danielle, Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

Since I got this pan, I have not used any of my others. It is great! I can cook everything on Medium heat, so I'm using less energy. I use little to no oil, so my cooking is healthier. For those that have complained about scratches etc., try reading the care instructions. NEVER use metal or sharp utensils!

I have had no issues whatsoever, and love it!
