I bought $48 worth of bathing suits and clothing. The pictures are 10 times better quality than what you actually get. Also, since they are coming from another country, the sizes are really hard to convert. My biggest problem though was the quality; every single thing I got was EXTREMELY poorly made. My bathing suits had no lining on the tops nor the bottoms, and the tops had no pads or any way I could add them. Just a cheap fabric. Then, one of the dresses I got was a cheap fabric with buttons missing on it, and the buttons were not even there to be used, instead, it was Velcro. I will never use that site again, and I will never refer anyone there.

I see people complaining about the free item with the $1.00 shipping and handling charges that was either cheap looking or wrong size. I ordered three tops, and instead of my normal Large size because of my breast size, I ordered an X-Large and not only was it a perfect fit for me, it was very nice. I mean come on, what do you expect for a couple of bucks? Bloomingdales? Or the peace of crap you get at Target for $23.99 that falls apart in the wash? Again the old saying, "you get what you paid for!" So so far I'm happy.

I must have missed the fact everything is sent from individuals all over the world. My items mainly came from China.

I would NOT recommend anyone order from Wish. For the most part, the items are extremely poor quality, small, and in totally inadequate packaging. I should have done some research before I ordered, but I didn't. I ordered over a dozen items in a 7-10 day period, before my items started arriving in little plastic bags with little or no packaging. Several items were damaged, and all were very inferior in quality. I had ordered some items to give as gifts or place in gift baskets for our school fundraiser. Now, I am trying to decide if they would even sell in a yard sale.

I repeat, "do not order from Wish!"

I am very disappointed. I had ordered a lot of things from Wish, and all I had received was garbage. Too small of sizes and everything was extremely cheap.

I wish they would close this site. This company does not respect nor care about their customers. Deadlines of items are automatically extended. Tracking does not work. Uploading documents because of fraud suspect does not work. They do not answer emails. When you phone their office in San Francisco, you will get an answering machine. A big waste of time this, Wish.com. Awful, awful!

I ordered three items through one seller. When the items didn't arrive, Wish.com told me I needed to track the package down through my postal carrier. No refunds are being issued. I've contacted the site multiple times about the issue, and they refuse to make it right. Their motto is that you never have to worry when ordering through Wish.

I have purchased many tops very recently, and when I ordered the item, I also chose the right sizes. I have not had one single top to be the exact size I ordered. These tops are from one to two sizes smaller than what I ordered! I am indeed disappointed in this company and plan to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a ten-port USB hub with an external power supply and the shipping from China was rather quick, but I got a seven-port hub with NO external power supply. I sent pictures and was told that I had two options: 1) take a refund or 2) order the ten-port hub from another vendor. I feel lucky I got my refund, and they were actually quick with the refund. Wish.com offered the same unit as eBay for $2 less, but I think I will stay with eBay from now on.

The worst company or scam I've ever come across. I never got my items. Thre is no phone number, and they play stupid responding to emails, asking for same info over and over again. I'm not done with them yet. I'm very stubborn and do not take lightly to being ripped off. Horrible.

My parcel left on April 9, 2017. Location: Hangzhou Terminal to Shanghai. It then left Shanghai back to Hangzhou. I think some of their businesses hold onto your money for a few months, make some interest and then return it. I would say it's about a 60/40 split on whether it arrives or not.
