I received a partial order from Wish. Twp items I was not impressed with, and one not even sure I ordered. I haven't received two items, one being a ring that I was told to pay only a dollar for.

I doubt I will be ordering from Wish again or recommending them to anyone. They got their money, and the email says merchandise was delivered! So I'm not happy. There is no phone number to contact them! If I don't receive the merchandise, I will be writing them very soon. If I pay for merchandise, I expect to receive it!

My friends introduced me to this site through the cool knick-knacks they would show me. I thought they were trendy and reasonably priced, but they didn't tell me until later about how crazy the shipping could be.

When I shared with them about me trying the site but getting frustrated about the actual wait, they laughed. Then revealed that Wish is known for it. Ugh!

All I wanted was this cute pink zip-up jacket.

My sister told me about Wish.com and I just had to try it. I ordered a watch, and it came, and I love it! It came in one piece and was wrapped in bubble wrap, nothing was broken when I received it, and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Status of the order indicates "delayed but in route." No email or notification of lost in transit, and basically no follow-up from customer service at all. When I requested an update on the approximate delivery date since the item had still not arrived but pending delivery, I was told that the "30-day window expired" and they would not refill nor refund my money. I will spend an hour writing reviews about this experience and making recommendations for OTHER sites NOT affiliated with Wish.com.

I understand the frustration with Wish because it takes FOREVER to arrive, but it's to be expected considering it's coming from China.

I've had pretty of great experiences with Wish. Each time I've ordered and it didn't arrive on time, I've been able to get a refund (plus they usually let you keep the item), and the customer service takes a while to reply over email, but it's always been within two days.

The most important thing with Wish is ALWAYS read the reviews! ALWAYS. Sometimes all they have is store reviews, but as long as it's four stars or more, I'd say you're in the clear. Also, just remember that price equals quality. So sometimes it's thin material or uneven stitching, etc.

I'd say if you just have patience and really pay attention to the reviews (and understand it usually won't look like the perfect picture you see when buying), I think you'll have a good experience.

I'd give it three stars just because it takes a long time. But other than that, I'm pleased with the $1-$5 t-shirts, because it was so cheap I knew what I was going to get. They have awesome stuff, really cute clothes, and great deals. Give it a try!

A friend recommended this website to me, and I thought it was really cool. I ordered four things. A lipstick, a face brush, a blackhead peel, and beauty blenders. At the time the most expensive thing was the blackhead peel. I placed my order, and in about two weeks my lipstick came. I was very happy and satisfied with it. Then about a month later my face brush finally came. It wasn't very good and broke in the first three days.

I placed my order in October, but my blackhead peel and beauty blenders still haven't come. When I look at my package tracker it says, "Your order is close!" LIES. Don't use this website unless.

Basically, the app will take so long to deliver your items that when you request a refund, they will say it's past their policy standard issue time. I emailed them within the timeframe, and they kept saying to wait another week and that it was coming, until enough time went by that now they can deny my refund. Wish steals your money and never sends your items!

I had two orders placed incorrectly so I canceled immediately and got confirmation it was canceled. And then I placed a third order correctly on a different credit card number. They then took all three payments from one card and claim they can't refund as the goods were shipped out (this was only a few hours after placing the order, so I doubt anything had been organized or sent!).

The stuff has not arrived, and they still refuse to refund and send an auto-reply email to me, again and again, no matter what proof I send them, they do not care. They have STOLEN over $150, and the one order I did expect has now half arrived, way past the due date and is incorrect colors to what I requested.

I recommend that everybody save themselves the huge crap storm and do not use Wish and tell everyone else to save themselves too.

I've been buying things off of the Wish app for a few months now. While most of the items I have gotten from them are cheap, it is to be expected for the price. Also, for everyone complaining about the sizes of their clothes being too small, I suggest always ordering a size or two larger than you normally would get. Many of the clothes are made to fit people who are naturally more petite than the rest of the world. If you keep that in mind, you shouldn't have any problems. Also, take the time to read the reviews of the product and company before buying. Don't just order without doing any research into the product and company before spending your money. I have done this in the past and only blame myself.

I am surprised to see the number of negative reviews about Wish's customer service. As I said, I have been ordering from the app for months. I have had my fair share of lost packages. I think people need to remember that many of the shipping problems occur because of the store selling the product itself, not Wish. I have had nothing but pleasant customer service from Wish. I have always heard back the same day that I file a complaint. As long as you are clear about the situation, there shouldn't be any problems. I have always been refunded or helped in some other way whenever I have had a problem.

In conclusion, I think people need to see Wish more like a flea market as opposed to one big shop like Target. Each purchase is through a different company who is using Wish to sell their products. Because of this, the experience you have depends on who you buy it from. As long as you do your research before buying, you shouldn't have very many problems.

On May 29, 2017, I tried to purchase some items for my girlfriend that she had picked out. We first tried to pay for the items with my debit card through her Wish account but were unable to do so. Wish said that they required an image of her bank account showing her first purchase with Wish and then shipping of the items would proceed. And even tho she had previously bought items from Wish, it was done on a Visa pre-load card, and as such, there is no record of those purchases.

So we decided that I would open an account with Wish and try to purchase the items she wanted that way, but the results were the same.

After giving them all of my debit card info, the purchase was declined and to purchase the items I would have to send them an image of my bank account showing my first purchase from Wish. However, I have never purchased anything from Wish so their request is impossible. Not to mention why in the world would I send an Image of my bank account to anyone?

Scam? I'm not sure, but it sure isn't a normal procedure in my book.

Super low prices and beautiful products!! This is no scam, I thought it was for so long, but it's not. They're even really good with refunding you if you have any issues. I've had to get a refund about 6 times in the 3 years I've used it. They never gave me any trouble about it. I would 100% recommend.
