At first, the pan worked great. Eggs and anything else was sliding off without a spatula. I was so excited I threw away my regular non-stick skillet. After about 10 uses, stuff was sticking! I was shocked. I actually have to practically scrape the food off, even if I used oil. I no longer have the order number because the effect lasted just long enough to then throw that paperwork away. I wonder if there's anything that can be done to bring back the non-stick effect?
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
