It seems to help the digestive system, but I didn't notice any weight loss. But to be fair, I started slowly only taking 2-3 capsules, once with breakfast and then sometimes with an evening meal. I don't get upset stomach as frequently, so I am happy. I manage a restaurant at night, so meals in the evening tend to be between 9-12. I am on the second bottle, and I did go about two days without and the nervous stomach returned, so I went back to using the product. Thanks.

It was difficult at first because I expected some results. Then I remembered that the information stated that it took a month or so to show results. After a period of time, I began dropping the weight. I was excited. I had decided to change my morning meal to a "smoothie" and, as a result of these pills plus the drink, I lost around 15 pounds.

I am now about to start on my third bottle and am beginning to gain again. I have no explanation for this because I have not changed anything these last two weeks. I know this product is helpful with weight loss. However, I was not interested in weight loss. I had very serious problems in my digestive tract. Comparing my symptoms with various maladies and some of the benefits of BIO X4, I decided to give this product a try! I had tried probiotics, but they did not have the enzymes in BIO X4. I had been experiencing discomfort for about fourteen months with severe pain and other extreme discomforts an average of every 6 to 8 weeks.
