Hacked

I had no problem with the app when I first started using it. But I recently checked my order history, and someone had ordered a charge on my account, said they received it in April, but I never ordered this item.

I'm very unhappy that this app let this happen.

I just recently deactivated my account and will probably go get a new debit card just because I do not trust it.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Never gotten my gel pens

I ordered some gel pens from Wish. I ordered them June 12th and it said that they were delivered June 22nd. I never got them. Don't buy from this site Wish. I will not buy from them again. They take people's money and don't deliver the product.

So far so good

Purchases received so far:

- laser pointer

- gloves

- guitar capos

- guitar strap

- stick-on guitar pick-up (I haven't tried it, but it was dirt cheap).

I suggest you try it. Get something for a few bucks. I'm not sure I'd try any big-ticket items, although it's tempting to get a projector, etc.

I haven't had any complaints so far. Caveat: I'm a bit absent-minded/distracted, and honestly I'm not sure, but Wish may have placed an order and charged me once or twice without my clicking SUBMIT. I can't say. At least they were items I was likely to purchase. (minus ½ star). It's interesting to note that other customers say they clearly had this happen. I just don't remember.

But if you buy, send your order and then forget about it. It takes two weeks or more. Be patient. We don't need instant gratification 24/7 (minus 1/2 a star for time)! At least you can track it.

I have a few other items on order. If I eventually get burned, I'll re-review.

By the way, I can read a few languages, and most (but not all) of the ones I've read in German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese seem favorable. Just saying.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Not bad at all

I started with Wish this year and everything I got so far was nice. I ordered jewelry not clothes because I'm picky about them. But so far so good. I only waited a month for one of my things to come, but that's the way it is when it's coming from China.

They won't resend or refund product that gets returned to them

I live in Jackson, Wyoming and ordered $189.00 worth of product from Wish.com. I paid for express delivery and was thinking it would be sent through FedEx or some type similar delivery, so I had it sent to the store I was working at. Well, they actually go through the USPS, and the postal service does not make deliveries in the town of Jackson, you have to have your mail sent to a PO Box. So, needless to say, all my stuff was returned.

I tried to set up a change of address but was told you have to do that before items are sent. Then I tried to ask for a refund of the price I paid for the product minus the postage, and I was denied a refund, even though by this time it has been three months after ordering and everything has been returned to sender.

So, I basically got none of my stuff because they wouldn't resend it, nor will they refund me. $189.00 is a lot of money. I am going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I don't think they are a scam, but they also aren't completely legitimate.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Still great after all!

Yes it's true, it takes forever to arrive, but it will arrive for sure, even if it takes 2-3 months, which sucks of course, but you just have to get through it. If you don't want to wait that long, don't order here, because for me nothing its oo important, although I must admit I'm excited too for all the products to arrive. But then again I'm a customer since last year, and whenever I get frustrated with my orders I just do a refund, and they will return your money back. As simple as that.

So still great! Plus it's cheap. I don't really need an expensive one. It still lasts, even if the material is not as extravagant as how you can see in the photos.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Patiently waiting

Why does Wish take so long to deliver their stuff? I'm like giving up hope. There is a lot of things going through my mind, like whether they are a scam or not. Please Wish, don't let me down on my order, I really need the stuff. I need my hubby off my back. Please prove him wrong and deliver as soon as possible.

Worst company, no service at all, NEVER delivered anything!

I ordered from this company only one time (several items). I entered my address for shipping, and they confirmed the order with my old work address. I immediately contacted them, which is no small task. I told them of the problem and that I would never receive any items sent to that old work address, and that I NEVER asked them to send it there. I mean, this was my first order, where did they get that address?

I have never received one item, they keep sending tracking asking me if I received it, and I tell them "NO," and they never respond. They take your money, well, I want it back. I have referred them to the BBB, and I am contacting my credit card company to credit my account with all payments to Wish. Do not ever use this greedy mixed-up, so-called company.

They are by far the worst communicators in the business. Try calling their phone number that says CONTACT US 800- 266-0172, and from there you will get an email (that you get a generic response to) then try to log back on. You can't. You send for another password, and it takes hours, and when it comes, they say it has expired!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Sketchy; asking for photos of my credit card and photo ID with name

I have ordered from Wish.com twice before and spent quite a bit of money and was pretty satisfied with what I received. However, I recently attempted to place another fairly large order and got a notification that my payment would not go through because my account has been blocked due to possible fraudulent activity, and that I needed to contact customer service in order to remove the block and prove authenticity that I was who I am. This made no sense to me whatsoever, especially when I attempted to pay through PayPal, which is a completely separate entity and it still took me back to a notice stating I needed to send in a picture of the credit card I used to pay, and a photo ID with my name on it.

I tried calling the number listed on the site, and all he did was tell me to send in an email. I sent multiple emails and received multiple canned responses back, all auto sent. When I did finally receive a response from someone who seems to be an actual human, what they sent to me made no sense and did not answer my original questions. They just kept asking me to send in pictures of my ID with my name and then my credit card.

I have never experienced these types of requests from any vendor I've ever worked with, and it seems very sketchy to me, especially since there's no reason for this block to be put on my card at all. And I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Very unprofessional.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worst company on the planet!

Please consumers, never order from this company unless you want to be ripped off and lied to, as this is what this company is famous for. They claim to guarantee that you will get your product and be satisfied as well, and that is the farthest thing from the truth. But if you want to be lied to and ripped off, then this is the company for you.

Never again

I placed an order 6 weeks ago and only 2/3 of the order arrived. The other items were disappointing, to say the least. The Clothes is tiny, crystals are just glass marble, and the oil diffuser doesn't work. Totally ripped off. Don't download this app. I must've been crazy.
