Hubble Contacts

Got my free two-week supply. Was so excited, but when I put them in, everything was so blurry I couldn't see. How can I return them?

Not sure what happened. I put the power strength that was on my prescription.

I received my contacts every month without any problems. The timeliness of them coming in was never a problem either. I did really like the concept of the auto charge every month, and you get your contacts.

However, I would not recommend them to anyone who has sensitive eyes. I'm on my third month, and still, the contacts are difficult for me to put in my eye because of how dry they are. I find myself throwing away two or three before heading to work because of how dry and uncomfortable they are. When I go out, I always bring eye drops and an extra pair just in case.

This will be my last month with them, and I will go back to Acuvue, which were way more comfortable and never had any of these problems in the slightest bit.

I was born and raised in Taiwan for 19 years, contact lenses were so accessible there that when I moved to the USA, I had such a hard time finding reasonably priced ones.

I used to buy 1.5 years worth (at least, if not more) of contact lenses when I visit back home, and when I do, my friends in the US will always ask for me to bring them back theirs too, as I would ask them the same favor as well, because we all know it is so hard to get contact lenses here in the states.

And now, there is Hubble. It is reasonably priced and manufactured in my home town. It has always been delivered on time, and I really don't have to worry about wearing my contacts more than one day (which I should never do, but I do to save money or my inventory).

Those days are behind me now, and it is great. I hope you (new customer) will find it equally life changing.

I ordered the first set, and they were horrible on my eyes. I had to change the lenses three times a day, so I cancelled but they auto billed me again, and I had to fight for a week to figure out how to get my money back after. I already had a confirmation email saying I was cancelled well before they charged my card. I sent the box back unopened as "return to sender" as instructed two weeks ago, and they are still saying they haven't received it. What a joke! This place is a scam.

I love how simple the process is; enter your prescription, set how often you want deliveries, and that's it. I recently moved out of the country, and I was able to order a bunch in advance so I'd have them while living abroad. A huge plus is how comfortable they are, seriously way more comfortable than what I had been wearing previously. I'm sold.

I was always wary of switching to daily contact lenses because of the cost, so I used monthly sets or bi-weekly sets. But then I came across Hubble Contacts, which was almost the exact same price per year as the bi-weekly pair I received from my optometrist! I was eager to try the service when I caught word of the product launch. Buying contacts before was such an arduous task. I will never go back! The contacts are comfortable, and daily is so much easier to deal with. No more delicate storage of contacts overnight, hoping not to rip them to prolong their use. I will never go back!

I have been a Hubble customer for eight months now, and I will not buy any other brand of contact lenses. The reason I say that is because they are relatively affordable, slightly sharper than my previous contacts brand, and it's nice to have them automatically shipped when I'm running low.

The only thing preventing me from making this a five-star review is the packaging and integrity of the contacts. More specifically, the adhesive used to seal the contact lenses. You have to be exceedingly careful when tearing off individual contact lenses from the pack. If you're not, you will likely and unintentionally cause the adhesive on the next contact lenses to come undone. You'll know when it happens because the solution will spill out rendering the contact dry and useless. My other gripe with the adhesive is that the amount applied seems to be inconsistent. The majority of the time I don't have any issues, but I will occasionally open a contact lens that "explodes." Those are a real wake up call in the morning.

Despite that, I understand that these are issues with the suppliers and not necessarily with Hubble. I've had nothing but great experiences with customer service, shipments being on time, and the contact lenses themselves. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in giving Hubble a try.

I feel like I was one of the first on the Hubble bandwagon but it was one of the best decisions ever.

I love the convenience of having my monthly supply delivered to my mailbox. The support team has been nothing but wonderful. It also feels more hygienic to switch out contacts every day.

No more buying (and losing and buying) contact cases. No more wondering if my contact solution will pass TSA. Just fresh contacts every day. Love it.

I have been using Hubble for daily contacts for about eight months. The process of signing up and getting my prescription verified was really easy and quick. I had to contact customer service a couple of months ago because my prescription changed and that was easy too.

I was a little bit worried about not having extras, but I was able to change that easily by just changing the shipping date to have my next box shipped sooner.

The contacts themselves are comfortable to me, and I've never had an issue with them. I definitely prefer getting a monthly supply and paying less at a time to buying like 90 billion contacts at once and paying a whole bunch up front, especially since my prescription isn't super stable.
