I tried the Nucific BIO X4 for 30 days. It stopped cravings and kept me from getting heartburn and that bloated feeling. I didn't feel like eating all the time as I had before, especially when I got stressed. I felt so light and not that stuffed feeling especially when you eat late and then go to bed. I wish I had ordered more than a 30-day supply, but I wanted to be sure it worked. Now that I know it works I will definitely make sure I don't run out of it. I saw good results when I first began taking it. I would remember usually two meals, sometimes three to take the five minutes before. I then began a new supplement for my liver since I had had the gallbladder removed. I think my results slowed down. Then I was not remembering to take sometimes. I want to or reorder and make a greater effort to get in the habit of taking them before every meal.

I am 70 years old and weighed 285 pounds. I saw Dr. Lee's information about digestion, and it made a lot of sense. I was already taking probiotics but felt the additional advantages of BIO X4 would be beneficial. I did not purchase BIO X4 to lose weight; I just felt it would be better for me.

I didn't notice anything different at all with Nucific. I saw the video online and was definitely interested, so I ordered a few bottles. I didn't feel anything different in my body, and I actually started to feel more bloated after the second week ironically.

I received it last Wednesday evening and started on Thursday. It hasn't even been a week, and I feel better already. I'm down 7 lbs, and I need to lose 50. I'm full of scar tissue from three major back surgeries and both knees being replaced. I was very bloated, especially my upper rib cage, but the bloating has settled down. I have double rods from S1-T4, fused 14 levels. So very hard to put pants on, or my shoes if not slip-ons since my back doesn't bend. I'm now standing at the kitchen counter and doing leg exercises.

I ordered BIO X4 and was very excited to get started on a new healthier lifestyle. Upon taking it, I began to feel bloated. A month later I was 15 lbs heavier. I called to return the product and was told that my weight gain was normal and to be patient, and continue to take BIO X4 and my weight would begin to come off. I can't afford to gain any more weight, so I decided to stop the product and get a refund. I am livid! And to add insult to injury, I had to pay to send it back.
