I am taking BIO X4 for gut health; IBS-D symptoms and possibly food allergy reactions. I take a BIO X4 five minutes before meals and amazingly, I no longer have IBS-D symptoms, which were extremely inconvenient and constant.

Some days I don't need to take the BIO X4 at all as my system seems to continue absorbing the supplements for a stretch of days. How cool is THAT?
