I ordered an item two and half months ago. I called three times every two weeks they said the same thing, it's on its way out, 5 to 7 days. It's now two and half months later and unsuccessful. OMG, bad website! I just called to tell them to give me my refund. Very disappointed!

I ordered a formal jumpsuit. I never had problems with a medium in any other online dress shops. When the jumpsuit arrived, the top part was ballooning out, the waist was tight, the inseam was very low, and the pants were very long. The quality of the fabric was very cheap. I have never seen such a disproportionate outfit like this. I called and left a message, then got an email response that I cannot have a refund because it was custom made for me! Really? Custom-made, seriously?

Never, ever again will I buy from this online store. Such a waste of money and time. Your business will not thrive long.

This was the worst shopping experience I ever had.

My shoes did not arrive like they told me they would by December 1st. On top of that, they were not shipped out on the date that they told me they would be shipped out so I didn't have them in time for my birthday. I am still waiting for these shoes that are scheduled to be here on December 5th. I ordered my shoes on November 6th and they remove the money from my account on November 7th.I t has taken almost a month to receive one pair of shoes and I'm still not sure if they fit.

I ordered a coat and paid for expedited shipping (2-5 days) and did not receive my coat within that timeframe. When I email customer service for a refund of the extra shipping costs, they refused.

I love the coat, and they have beyond beautiful and classy clothing. I am delighted with this made-to-measure dress. Excellent fit and the dress looks even better than the picture. It was delivered in excellent condition. I am seriously thinking of getting another copy in a different color early next year.

We bought a dress for my daughter as a bridesmaid dress for her sister's wedding. It took two months to get here. Then, although my daughter is a size 6, we ordered a size 8 to be sure it would fit, but it was still WAY too small. My daughter said it was super uncomfortable even if it had fit.

In order to return, you have to email customer service to get a return address. I have emailed five times so far, and still no address. They told me to get it altered or give the dress as a gift. If they don't have a return policy, they should say there is no return policy.

SCAM. Do not buy from them.

Yes, after a long wait, the sandals have arrived. So I guess it is just a slow process in delivery. So I am very grateful that they finally arrived. Thanks TBdress, but you must pick up on the long delay in waiting for these products.

This is about the third time I have ordered from this great site, and the experience I've heard so far is really awesome and sweet. Their delivery time was so quick and their fashion styles were superb. I will try all my possible best to make sure that this is the place where all my family and friends will shop at. Their service is simply top notch, the quality of their clothes are very good, the colors are unique as well, and the fabrics superb. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a dress and paid $100. When it arrived, it had no tags and was missing fabric. It was not what was pictured on the website. I contacted the customer service, and they refused to return the item because they claim they don't have it in stock and that the items are made when ordered. And then they had the nerve to say they would give me a credit of $15. I will NEVER order from them again!

They always had my paperwork and order detail available, had it not been for the slow South African post office service, this would have been a painless transaction. TBdress has been wonderful - thank you.

When you order don't use economy, pay a little extra and request a speedier delivery service.
