I purchased a pair of Givenchy Mule. It took more than a week to ship to my house using FedEx. When I open the box there is a really cheap glue smell. All my authentic shoes never had that bad smell! So I return it back to check if it was real. I have tried this pair at the store but they don't have my size, so I end up googling it online and found this Tradesy website. But the shoes I received from Tradesy are not the same as the ones I've tried in the store. But Tradesy said It is real. So they won't return my money back, only STORE CREDIT.

I don't really want to buy ANYTHING again from this website. Can't they simply give me my money back? Turns out there is no way! Yes, you have to buy some other crap from them.

Well, I didn't mind their high fee before I was (and still am) put through hell trying to get the money from my sale. They charged me $200 for the sale and another $23 to transfer to my bank. They put a hold on your money until 7 days after the buyer receives the item, 4 days are in case the buyer wants to return it. Unacceptable, if the buyer used my purse for 5 minutes it wouldn't be in the same condition that it was when I had it making it depreciate. I don't know why they hold your money another 3 days, they claim it's to prove authenticity, which makes no sense because for them to guarantee the item is authentic is you send them pictures after the sale. They never physically see the item.

Now my money has been released and I have to wait another 5 days for "security checks." What the heck are they talking about?! So, altogether I've (so far) waited from the 14th of May when my item sold and I shipped the next day. Unfortunately, the buyer wasn't available to receive her package until the 23rd, and Tradesy claims my money will be deposited on June 1st. Insane.

This is a FAKE Goyard wallet. Do not purchase items from vendors that sell fake products. I demand a refund. Refund me for this fake wallet.

I’ve had a Tradesy account for many years and have sold a lot of items through this website (sold for over $17,000 total). Recently the site was hacked and my account was compromised. The hackers changed the email on my account and also PayPal address connected to my account and withdrew over $1800.

The fact that I've always had one email and one PayPal account with Tradesy and all of these sudden changes made and money withdrawn did not cause any red flags with Tradesy. Tradesy should have flagged the account for extra verification when a seller who has sold items and transferred money out many times changed the email and PayPal address on the account all of the sudden.

When I noticed something is wrong I called to let them know "my email" on the account is not mine I got a non-chalant answer that I probably typed my email wrong. I kept checking and noticed my funds are gone and Tradesy did not do anything about it. I can't even get a call from the manager and got an above to call PayPal. This is not a PayPal issue because my account with PayPal has not been hacked, this is a Tradesy issue. Zero concern about it and they are not refunding me my money.

Awful service in such a stressful situation. I've checked all my other accounts and they were no attempts to log in. Tradesy was the only one hacked. No one stole my password, and I only use the account on my app.

They sent me a size 3 when they said the shoes were a size 5. They lied about the size and I am very unhappy because they said that I can’t return the shoes.

I spent $200 on a bag that doesn't even secure. I tried to open the item description to see if I missed something and I am unable to open.

Tradesy itself has been great. Easy process and the shipping was fast. Just curious as to why they would allow items that aren't usable to be sold.

Disappointed. Thank goodness I can return it.

I received my order and the bag was not usable. It is torn and worn beyond belief. I was pleased with the speed at which I received the article, but not with the condition of the wristlet. Am I able to return and get my money back?

All I heard of was authenticity. This bag is a fake! I will dispute all charges as this company used a third party to provide a fake bag for $1,047. I will report this as many times as I have to! Disgusted.

I purchased a $2,300 vintage, ordinary Rolex watch. I could have bought this anywhere with a much better return policy. Four days! I received the watch on a Friday. Didn't even wear it until Monday, almost a week later, and it starts to act up/not keep good time. I bought it on September 2nd and emailed them yesterday, 09/14. Both Tradesy and the seller are unhelpful. I am involving my credit card company now. Also, when I purchased this I had a whopping $25 coupon code. I bought the watch and received a new one in my email for $50 off. Tradesy customer service would not honor the new code, LOL. Can you imagine the nerve of this lame company?

Description said this item is new. It’s covered in lint and fuzz. I think the seller is trying to pass off a used item as new.

Not happy with merchandise received. Not as described. Did ship promptly but would never use this site again. Nothing else to say good about them. Typically don't leave reviews but there are so many much better sites out there that you can choose from.
