I really like Tradesy as it enables me to add to my designer handbag collection in ways that I could not do by simply shopping in stores. Often you see pieces after they have come out and realize you would like them. The people I have met have always been reputable, honest, forthcoming, and friendly. They think likewise and realize how important my purchase is to me. For this I am grateful. They actually go the distance and even work with you on price. Tradesy seems to do a good job of vetting its sellers and yet standing behind that, which is not always an easy task. The authentication service seems to be top-notch.

The purse was in perfect condition. I had a problem with first the fact that the seller never stated that the purse was coming from her store in China. It took a while to arrive, and then because it came from China, I became suspicious of fraud so I had to wait longer to get it because I immediately sent it to Tradesy for inspection. After finally receiving it I was pleased to be told it was authentic. I was a little disappointed that the strap was bent but I will take it to the Gucci store to be repaired.
