First purchase. Slightly disappointed in the seller's description. Noted as like new, no sights of wear. Item received would be considered good with pulling and background color fading. Have had a better experience with sellers on other sights. Also found some animal hairs on it.

Overall I was disappointed that when I had a return they only provided me with store credit, not rebating my PayPal account. Also, they lost an item in the mail (USPS said undeliverable and sent it back) on another order, and it took a couple of months to get straightened out and even get credit although the USPS noted the item was returned to them and they merely needed to ship it back to me.

The no returns policy does not work in today's market. Also, the description of this bag does not match the item, and when it is a $1600 bag that obviously matters.

I tried to cancel my order immediately after I placed it, which I know was my mistake in the first place, and I would have understood if they said no, but they continued ignoring my messages while shipping the product out. I found it to be quite rude because they obviously saw the several messages I sent.

I received the item today, was very excited until I examined the bag to discover the Authentication is not verified as it was in their post. I have reached out to the seller, awaiting a response.

If the stamp print wasn't attached to the bag, they should have clarified this.

The necklace is beautiful and looks just like the picture, but was received broken in a few places and a few jewels from the necklace were broken off as well.

I know this is not Tradesy’s fault; yet extremely disappointing nonetheless.

It took almost three weeks to get the blouse I ordered. After a week of not hearing anything, I called Tradesy who intervened and found that the seller had been out of town. A shipping label was created that day and then another week passed only to find out that the blouse still had not shipped. I had to call Tradesy again who said they would call the seller and let me know what was up. That Tradesy agent never called me back, but the seller mailed the package that day and at least I was able to track it. It took about another week and I finally got the blouse on day 20 after ordering.

All in all a kind of frustrating experience with really poor communication from the seller. I understand the first part where she was supposedly out of town, but the second week after the package still wasn't mailed, she didn't answer my emails at all and I was forced to call Tradesy for help. I don't think I'd buy from her again, although she has some nice things and the blouse was nice once I finally got it.

Not enough communication between the seller and Tradesy, the customer and Tradesy, and the seller and customer. I placed my order from the seller almost 2 weeks ago and just now received the item. The seller had limited information as far as tracking numbers and dates as to when I should expect to receive the item. Paying for luxury items (despite second-hand), you would expect to have more communication and updates regarding tracking the delivery status of the order and item.

Well, the shoes that I received were my third choice. They are ok, but not what I really wanted. I was very disappointed after making my selection and setting up payment options only to receive an email that the product is no longer available.

The Coach purse that I purchased was in great condition and I can’t believe how fast it was shipped and delivered to me. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the pictures make the purse look bigger than it actually was, but other than that, it is a great product.

The purse was in perfect condition. I had a problem with first the fact that the seller never stated that the purse was coming from her store in China. It took a while to arrive, and then because it came from China, I became suspicious of fraud so I had to wait longer to get it because I immediately sent it to Tradesy for inspection. After finally receiving it I was pleased to be told it was authentic. I was a little disappointed that the strap was bent but I will take it to the Gucci store to be repaired.
