Does not work for everyone

By Crista T., Tampa, FL, Verified Reviewer

The only issue that I have with this company is that they refuse to admit that this product does not work for everyone. I spent over $300 and stuck to it for 18 weeks with only a three-pound loss, which was probably because of my exercise. I understand that not everything I try will work, but I wish they would admit to people that it doesn't work for everyone. Every time I leave a comment on someone who is struggling and wondering why it isn't working, they just delete it and block me. Just be good enough to admit it works for some people and not for others.

Over priced and back office issues

By Denise G., Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

The product is ok and I lost weight. I am not sure it's as healthy as they say and it's overpriced in my opinion.

They set you up with a back office to order from and it's slow and doesn't work half the time. I canceled my monthly shipping order this month but it was sent out anyways. You're supposed to get points for money off if you have monthly shipping set up but the points are low and on items I don't want.

I am very disappointed and will more than likely stop taking the product.

Weight loss good, side effects no

By Shawn F., Stillwater, MN, Verified Reviewer

I liked that it helped me lose weight and gave me energy. However, I have had setbacks because of side effects so had to stop. Insomnia, high blood pressure, vomiting, headaches, eye issues, hair loss. Since I have stopped my doc took me off my blood pressure pills. I developed high blood pressure on this assuming it was normal because of age. Could not drink anything with caffeine in it because it would make me medically dizzy.

I have to stay away from this because of the horrible side effects. I felt like I went through major withdrawal symptoms going cold turkey from TruVision.

Dissatisfied Customer

By Cassandra Harrison, Indiana, Verified Reviewer

I have never written a bad review for any company. I find that though this product did not work for me, it may work for someone else.

But my dilemma is that the number that they have listed on their website (801) 281-7420, is not a working number, and therefore I was not allowed to speak to anyone personally about my issue.

When I did get to speak to a representative of their company, it was through my bank when I call to "stop payment" on their automatic withdrawal from my account, for payment of this product that did not work for me. I was instructed to return the unopened product, which I did by mail (tracking # 9505 5107 1803 6347 0465 61) on December 12, 2016, and it is now December 20, 2016, and I have yet to hear a work from them.

I sent them an email on the Contact Us page, and it stated, "Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly. 801-281-7420", but again, this is not a working number.

It saddens me that they choose to do business in this manner, and hope that they will contact me ASAP letting me know about my refund. They have my email.

Didn't work

By Rebecca Faye, Sacramento, CA, Verified Reviewer

I tried the 7-day TruVision combo pack, and it didn't work for me at all. The first 2 days I lost one pound and after that, I started to feel jittery and had rapid heartbeats. I also got stomach issues and severe headaches. I took it with food and as directed but still had issues with it. I don't recommend this product if you have a low tolerance for caffeine.

Does not work

By Peta Blundell, New South Wales, Australia, Verified Reviewer

I have been taking TruVision for three months now. I did everything I was supposed to; exercise, had the protein drinks, and eat a healthy diet. Also, I drank the three liters of water, and I had zero results. I am pretty sure all these photos out there of people losing weight are all in on the scam.

TruVision is a BLIND vision!

By Jessica H., Texas, Verified Reviewer

Awful product, does not work. And when trying to return like you can do with almost any other weight loss supplement, they tell you if the package is open you can't. How am I supposed to know if it works or not if I don't try it?! Do not buy this without trying first, especially spending over the $25 for this crap!

Why can’t I talk to the person in the photos?

By Katherine S., Verified Reviewer

About six months ago I was added to the TruVision Facebook page by a rep because I was interested in trying it. I bought the starter pack that my helpful rep suggested. I had gained a lot of baby weight and was excited to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.

I took the pills and water like I was supposed to. Even though my rep swore I wouldn’t have to exercise to see results, I took long walks with my little one everyday. Nothing happened. After two long months of feeling jittery and slightly nauseous I still hadn’t lost more than 2 pounds. My rep said the side-effects were due to my body “detoxing” (for 2 months?).

I decided to do the research I should have done in the beginning. I feel so stupid now. I began to notice that whenever they post a weight loss picture on the Facebook page it is always a rep posting saying “wow look how much weight so-in-so lost!” When you comment under the picture asking if you can talk to the person in the picture and ask them some questions about their weight loss journey with the pills, a rep either ignores your comment, private messages you about how great it worked for them, or gets other reps to comment under your comment about the “great results” they are getting, and some of them post pictures of themselves. But these are all people who sell the pills!

Even when claim they are just a customer they aren’t. I know this because I went to several of their pages just to check and lo and behold all of them had TruVision associate under their profession. Many also had TruVision posts on their walls. It’s like they don’t realize people are smart enough to check these things. Then again, I just took my rep at her word and didn’t check until after buying the product. So I was pretty gullible.

No matter how much you ask, they will NOT let you talk to the original person in the actual photo! Only another associate. If this was a legit weight loss pill then they would have no problem letting you talk to the original people (whose photos they are probably stealing and who probably lost weight a different way). And those people would be on the page posting the photos themselves and raving about how awesome the pills are. But they aren’t.

I’m not saying it couldn’t maybe work for someone, but they are most likely using fake pictures and it is not the miracle drug they claim. Even if it did work, it would take time, exercise, diet, and by the time you factor all that in you could just lose weight on your own doing that without the pill. They have to sell the illusion that you can lose a ridiculous amount of weight in a short amount of time which just isn’t possible with a magic pill. So they try everything they can to distract you so you will forget about wanting to talk to the person in the photos and try to convince you to talk to a different person who they know will lie and not say anything negative so they can make a sale. I feel so stupid for falling for this and not researching it before I paid for a product that I can’t use.

Garbage

By Frank S., Phoenix, AZ, Verified Reviewer

Although I generally stay away from products like this, I thought I'd go out on a limb and give it a try. Right from the start, I did notice a slight decrease in my appetite, but that's about it. I run and walk four days a week, so I was expecting big things. It never happened. I followed the plan exactly. After a month, there has been zero weight loss and zero in hes lost.

To make matters worse, the Facebook group I belong to for this company removed my posts regarding my lack of success. I tried to post an open and honest review, but it was not allowed. They do not allow anything but fanboy reviews touting the awesomeness of their product. I received zero support from their CEO, and she even went so far as to remove me from the group because it's only for members to share in mutual success. The only offer for support was for me to buy more product and increase my number of daily pills.

It's a complete sham, and once they have your money, you will not receive any support unless you rave about how great the product is.

Do not recommend

By Latoya J., Chicago, IL, Verified Reviewer

This stuff has me dizzy, lightheaded, I feel nauseous, and I feel sick. Please don’t use this. I prefer to take phentermine. It gave me jitters for the first two days, but I was fine just that pill had a nasty taste. DO NOT USE.
