I am not sure why black pepper has to be a part of this, but it makes it unpleasant to drink. I seem to be a bit more "regular" with the product, but still have debilitating GERD and dysbiosis. I never believe any hype about weight loss - never happens for me.

I add the Multi-GI 5 to my water container and drink it throughout the day. It has helped me to be more regular. It tastes good so not unpleasant to drink. I trust that it is improving my GI health.

My husband and I both have enjoyed using the product. Wanted to ask about a burning that we both get from drinking it. We’ve tried to add a little more water to see if we didn’t get the burning sensation when drinking it, but we both still did. Otherwise, I’ve recommended it to several people in the family.

Me and a friend of mine like using probiotics. Frankly, I have never used prebiotics too but having them both in one container makes it easier to use. I love the taste and it keeps me balanced in the digestive tract, I believe. We both love it and feel good as well.

It is a good product, I have been taking it for a month and a half or so. Since taking it I have had less digestive problems and been able to eat the foods that I was previously unable to eat. I had food intolerances that no longer exist thanks to this product. I find that when I do use this product I get dizzy after drinking it so maybe if I eat immediately after drinking it this won’t happen in the future. It tastes good but there is an aftertaste that is slightly spicy, if that makes any sense. I would recommend it as it is easy to prepare. I have noticed that my stomach has way fewer issues and I don’t have to call into work when eating something the day before that does not agree.

I can't say that the product is a miracle worker, but so far it's working as far as I can tell. I have noticed some differences, but not quite what I expected. Have only been taking it a few weeks so I'll continue using it and hopefully will get better results long term.

I’ve only been taking Multi-GI 5 for 3 and 1/2 weeks. I can tell something is happening but have only lost 2 pounds. I’m feeling more energetic and full faster when I eat. Also less bloated. I’m going to keep trying for another 3 months. I have to tell myself that Rome wasn’t built in a day! I’ll keep y’all posted! Good luck and God bless all!

I found that the aftertaste is sort of a burn. I added it to about twice as much water as recommended. I drank it every night at the same time. I used it for a month and didn't notice any major changes, but also didn't notice any side effects.

Been on this for three weeks. Take it every day with a whey drink as the taste is horrible but disappears in my drink. It’s too early to tell if it’s made a difference so going to buy a second tub and see after two months.
