The taste isn’t too bad, though I have a bit of a funny sensation in my mouth. I have to hold my breath when I open it to grab the spoon to put it into the water as it makes me cough. I have noticed that I don’t feel so hungry and bloated, so that’s a good thing. I have only been taking it for a week so time will tell.

Multi-GI 5 has provided the best relief for my gut issues than anything I have tried in the last several years. I would give it an excellent rating if it were not for the minuscule dust particles released in the air each time I scoop it out of the jar. It causes a coughing sneezing fit regardless of how I attempt to avoid the “dust” getting into the air. Multi-GI 5 mixes easily and quickly with water and has a pleasant taste so I would like to give it an excellent rating if not for trouble breathing in the area of use.

My experience has been feeling more energy. I have not lost the weight I hoped to lose, however, I contribute that possibly to struggles with IBS. I will continue with the product and will let you know further results. Thanks for the recipes, which I tried.

The product burns my mouth. Side effects are unpleasant and uncomfortable. The flavor wasn't bad. A lot of plastic container for the small amount of product inside.

Well, I’ve been at this a week now and thought I’d leave some thoughts. First, if you have a sensitivity to pungent smells, you’ll have to stay away from the dust when pouring. You might consider warmer water for dissolving advantages. I never had digestive issues but, this product will do a job on you if not prepared. I’m optimistic as I bike twenty miles a day. No weight loss yet but we’ll see.

I was a bit nervous to actually take this product as it makes me cough the minute I open it. But I trusted the company and drank it. It totally burned my throat! Should I take more tomorrow? I decided to trust the company again. The 2nd day I coughed immediately. However, it did not seem to burn my throat as much as the first day. I am going to continue for a week or so to see if it helps with weight and energy, but I have to think the fine powder is NOT good for my lungs!

It does not dissolve very easily in cold water, has lumps. I don’t know why. I don’t know if it helps with digestive problems.

Here are some tips that may help you with mixing. I recommend adding 1 scoop of Multi-GI 5 to an empty glass and slowly mixing the powder as you pour the water into your glass. If using a shaker bottle, I recommend adding the Multi-GI 5 to your shaker bottle first, then add half of the suggested amount of water and shake. Once you see the product dissolving, add the rest of the water and shake the bottle again until fully mixed. The suggested water amount is 8 oz. per scoop, however, if you would like to increase the amount you are welcome to do so. Although it hasn’t been a full month, some positive things include fewer cravings and easier going to the bathroom - feeling more emptied than before.
The biggest issue is the black pepper additive riles up my heartburn issues. Disappointing because GERD and reflux were the main reasons I wanted to try the product.
So, first of all, why is the black pepper added - does it burn metabolism or is it a flavoring, or something else? I guess I’m wondering if it’s an ingredient that can be omitted?
Secondly, I truly want to finish out the month to see the full effects of the product, but I can’t handle the spicy part of it. Have you heard this issue with other users and was there anything that cut or minimized the burn? My GERD and heartburn would be so appreciative.
