As with any new product that we purchase, there are hopes that it will work, taste fairly nice, and deliver some relief from symptoms.
The thing I first noticed was the very pleasant taste of lemonade. Sweet but not too sweet and a hint of heat. I love that.
Secondly, I have noticed an increase in my energy levels and mood. The third one is what I am really excited about, and that is that my poops have returned to normal. If I can be a little blunt, they are now solid and well-formed.
I also am not craving sweets as much for some reason.
Anyway, so far I am very pleased with Multi-GI 5. Just hope the formula stays the same. Many other companies have cheapened their ingredients to save money.

Best result of any digestive health product I've purchased
It only took days for this product to ease my digestive discomfort and make me feel healthier. No more emergency trips to the bathroom or rushing home after eating out. One drink a day is all it takes.

Improved digestion
I began to notice a difference in my digestive process within a week of taking Multi-GI 5. I used to have frequent stomach aches, bloating, and irregularity. Pleasingly surprised!
I have had stomach issues for many years. Problems included bloating, gas, stomach pain, unable to eat or drink so many things because I'd suffer later. I've tried over-the-counter reflux remedies, enzymes, etc. My issues for the most part are related to RA and inflammation. When I read about the Multi-GI 5 and all the sensible ingredients, it made sense to me to try it. It took a week or so until I noticed the bloating is way down, and my stomach doesn't bother me or hurt nearly as bad. I maybe lost a pound, but I'm not in it to lose weight. Just to feel better. I'm about finished with the first container and plan to continue. I like drinking it every morning, and find it like it best mixed in warm water.

I purchased the product for my family to work toward having healthy guts, we have all had positive experiences and want to reorder.
My mom recently died with gut complications from COVID, and we have all become more sensitive to gut health. My Dad is 86, I'm 62, and my kids are in their 30s. At every age level, we have struggled with maintaining a healthy gut, so I looked to this product to see if we could have any success. We have all used a variety of products in the past, but never had the easy and comfortable results that we have with this product. I had a successful lap band surgery over ten years ago, then because of complications had it removed and had the sleeve surgery. The weight didn't come off like before so I was searching for help when I found Randy's story. I will be reordering ASAP.

Helpful product
I’ve been using this for less than two weeks but will definitely stick with it. The taste is good even when mixed with just cold water. I use a good shaker cup to mix it well. It seems to be helping with my cravings for sugar already and I’m hoping it will do everything that it says it does. We shall see!
